We visited the inn's restaurant on a Sunday in December. Typical traditional Umbrian dishes prepared with care and served with kindness. Very honest prices. A quiet place to eat well and relax. Well done!

We've been coming to Fosca Umbra for years, and it's really true that you enter as a customer and leave as a friend!! The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable; the breakfast was very well supplied. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the cuisine is superb: carbonara, grilled lamb, cured meats, meat, cheeses, wine, oil... in short, everything TOP!!!! My wife and I recently stayed at Locanda Fosca Umbra with our youngest son. We had a great time, welcomed with kindness and friendliness. The restaurant has top-notch cuisine: I have never eaten such good cuts, not to mention the desserts!!!! Absolutely recommended
