I recently went to this restaurant near Lake Como for dinner.
Let's start immediately with the strong part, the location. The bistro is located inside a beautiful greenhouse, full of natural elements and furniture that recall the colors of an undergrowth. All accompanied by soft lights and a candle lit on the table.
The menu is quite complete, elegant and complex dishes. Some preparations lacked taste. There are many vegetarian and vegan dishes.
The service isn't terrible obviously but it isn't perfect either, you can always improve as you can always make small mistakes.
The bill perhaps slightly a little above the true value of the restaurant.

The restaurant is very refined, aesthetically pleasing, with an atmosphere reminiscent of a greenhouse. The idea of having a shop next door, where you can buy plants, is very nice. The service, however, was a little slow, probably because we arrived at 2 in the afternoon. I had to call the waitress's attention twice, although she was very friendly. I gave 3 stars to the food rating because, for me, the price must be justified by excellent quality, which in this case I did not find. The food wasn't bad, but it didn't deserve the asking price. If it had cost less, I would have considered the quality adequate for the price. Another negative aspect was the excessive heat in the area where we were sitting, due to the humidity of the plants and the air conditioning which did not reach our table well, as the waitress explained to us.
Ps. I'm not quite sure, but I don't seem to have seen the cover price (€4 P.P.) displayed on the menu.

Very kind staff. Excellent food, the chicken is a must try. Fair price/quality ratio. They also have a tavern next door. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to take a day trip to Comp!

We literally stumbled upon this place as it's off the beaten path and no signage out front... just a little red light shining through the window caught our eyes. Abs it turned out to be the coolest, unique and most amazing restaurant/ experience we had in Italy. Hands down. If you don't like plants, you may not like it because it's literally a greenhouse that is also a eateries restaurant. The ambience and atmosphere in itself was so romantic and cool but then the food came out.....to die for! We had a pesto gnocchi and a sweet potato vegan dish and they were both so good I'm pretty sure we picked our plates clean. Lol and the staff was super nice and helpful. When we make it back to Como, we will definitely be back here!
