Osteria Etrusca In Chiusi

In Chiusi, an excellent restaurant, Tuscan cuisine at reasonable prices, a quiet atmosphere in the center of town, and kind and friendly staff. Compliments to chef Stefania. When I return to Chiusi, it will be my favorite stop.

If I could have given it 6 stars, I would have. Everything we ordered was delicious, but my Perugina pizza was amazing. All of this was topped off with fantastic service and Paola's kindness. Thank you so much!

This restaurant is located in the historic center, has a charming atmosphere, and quick, friendly, and courteous service. The pici are delicious, but the pizzas could be improved. I recommend trying the traditional dishes, such as cured meats and pasta dishes.

Very good food, great pizza. Even with seven people and a large dog, we found plenty of space and had excellent service.

The food was very good and they have a few vegetarian options. The service staff was very welcoming and we enoyed our dinner. Would recommend!

Thursday, May 1, 2025, I went for the first time to lunch at the Osteria Etrusca in Chiusi. The Tuscan crostini with spleen meat were excellent and delicious. The sliced ​​beef with rocket and pecorino cheese was excellent and delicious. The dessert and sweet of the chocolate cake were excellent, excellent, delicious and perfect!! During a few days of vacation in the Chiusi area we came across this restaurant for dinner. Very friendly waiting staff, nice and welcoming place in the equally welcoming historic center of Chiusi. We immediately dive into the pici with garlic and tomato: a delight. Very tasty sauce, after cleaning the plate the temptation to go into the kitchen to clean the pot with bread was strong! 😁 At this point the tavern also became the reference for the two subsequent dinners to try other dishes on the menu: from cod to coccio passing through other pici and ending with pizzas. All delicious. We will return home tomorrow with a nice culinary memory of these days. Special mention also to the house wines, both white and red were perfect.
