This restaurant is located in the village of Piazzo, above Biella. The two owners are very kind and welcoming, and the menu features unique and typical local dishes, all carefully crafted and delicious. I highly recommend it!

A truly evocative journey through the village of Piazzo.
The two hearts are the two sisters who expertly describe the dishes and wines offered with pride and expertise.
Riccardo, on the other hand, manages the dining room with precision and passion, describing the family's history, the delicious Amaro del RE (ask for the name), and the fantastic torcetti, made by them from a historic recipe.
The plin, the fantastic tagliata, the veal with tuna sauce, and the Fassona tartare, always on the menu, are a must.
Alongside these iconic dishes, the other dishes change frequently, and all that's left to do is listen to the "two hearts" always present in the dining room explain their composition.
We were pampered and transported into this experience, authentically traditional and wonderful on the palate. Well done everyone!!!

Wonderful, intimate and atmospheric restaurant in Piazzo. Refined cuisine, precise and attentive service. A lovely atmosphere with many period pieces. Romantic and understated. Limited seating. Definitely make a reservation. I can't wait to return.

Wonderful experience at Due Cuori, Biella.
The atmosphere was absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming, and full of charm. The food was fantastic, especially the risotto, which was honestly the best I’ve ever tasted. The service was excellent as well, attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Highly recommended!

Look carefully under the porticoes, because it's deceptive: it looks like a cookie shop. The atmosphere is intimate, with a few well-spaced and beautifully set tables. The menu features many traditional Piedmontese dishes. We particularly enjoyed the sanato tartare, the pumpkin and amaretti crespelle, the pumpkin parmigiana, the dark chocolate gelato, and the tiramisu...basically everything we ordered. The owners are very kind and contribute to the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere.

The best plin I've ever eaten, amazing!
Excellent service, everyone was very kind and helpful. The wait was a bit long, but the restaurant was busy, so that was understandable. Given the quality, I would have waited much longer! 😍

I was fortunate enough to recently dine with my wife at this fantastic Osteria in Biella Alta. Refined cuisine rooted in high-quality Piedmontese tradition. The service was excellent, as was the description of each dish. Each course was better than the last; you could taste the traditional flavors and the delicacy of this very refined cuisine. Try the veal with tuna sauce, revisited with a simple sauce of tuna, hard-boiled eggs, and capers without mayonnaise. The raw Fassona beef served on a bed of raw knee. The agnolotti del Pin, filled with Piedmontese ground beef and seasoned with butter and sage, are delicate and flavorful. The tagliata di Fassona steak is exceptional: soft, flavorful, and juicy. Finally, dessert was a fantastic tiramisu with Piedmontese ladyfingers. A must try. We will definitely be back.
