We were looking for a nice place to eat after the Empoli Half Marathon, and I found it by chance on Google. I have to say, it didn't disappoint and far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful location, surrounded by vineyards, ample parking, lovely atmosphere, great food, excellent service. The restaurant was packed, with several family tables, and yet everything ran smoothly. I'll be back! 👏

It was our first time at Donna Riccarda and we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the courtesy, and especially the food. The first courses were excellent, especially the Cinta Senese white ragù (exceptional!), and the Florentine steak was top-notch. The price was absolutely reasonable.

In short, a little place 🔝. The food is excellent. It's been years since I've had a Florentine steak cooked to perfection and soft as butter. Wide selection of wines. Lorenzo is an excellent host. Highly recommended.

Very nice place we ate outside the menu porcini carpaccio superlative onion flan good tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms very good the alpine fillet excellent rabbit and fried porcini mushrooms excellent service too we will be back

The atmosphere is truly lovely, both inside and out. The dishes are traditional Tuscan, yet refined and unconventional. We had a truly delicious grilled meal. The staff was attentive and willing to accommodate my gluten intolerance.

27/11/2025: A very welcoming place, run informally. The menu is extensive, with a variety of pizzas made with different flours. The service is very fast. The cured meats are delicious, but the fried mushrooms are the highlight. Thank you.
30/10/2025: Topperia! You have to book in advance, but the pizza is amazing... not too thick, or rather thin, but with a unique flavor!
