Osteria Don Abbondio In Forlì

We discovered this place by chance, while passing through Forlì. We dined outside, a pleasant evening. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was truly delicious, with a selection of high-quality ingredients. It's truly a place we'll gladly return to.

I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria Don Abbondio and I was truly impressed! The steamed cuttlefish with pea cream was simply exquisite, a delicate and tasty dish that I highly recommend. In addition to the excellent cuisine, I greatly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff, always attentive and kind. A place where I will definitely return and that I recommend to everyone!

A stone's throw from the San Domenico Museums, small and welcoming with a lovely shaded outdoor area. Nice decor, food served in the "good service" dishes of yesteryear. Smiling and friendly staff. Value for money could be improved, highly recommended for the quality of the food.

Locale accogliente, pietanze di qualità, servizio rapido e cortese. Buone le polpette del don, anche se personalmente non le avrei accompagnate con la salsa che ne copre il sapore, lo stracotto era prelibato e ho preso come contorno il cavolo cappuccio che mi è piaciuto molto. Anche il vino, un sangiovese superiore, molto buono. Infine il dolce, un mascarpone con le fragole, era ottimo. In tutto ho speso 55€, quindi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, lo consiglio

Buona qualità del cibo, porzioni adeguate verso il minimo, buon servizio, bel posto. La nota dissonante: i piatti sono arrivati freddi. Io ho preso una tagliata, mio figlio uno stracotto. sembrava impiattato dalla mattina per il pranzo. Siccome abbiamo aspettato un pò per essere serviti, non ho rimandato indietro i piatti per averli caldi. Peccato perché la carne era ottima, cucinata molto bene. I dessert abbastanza buoni. Buono il vino. Non abbiamo preso il primo o gli antipasti, ma uno strudel di verdure (freddo), una tagliata con patate arrosto (freddo), uno stracotto con purè di sedano rapa e patate arrosto (appena tiepido). Due dessert, una bottiglia di acqua, una di san giovese: 115 euro. Se il cibo fosse arrivato ben caldo, forse poteva starci il prezzo. Così è sembrato mangiare ad una tavola calda aziendale di buon livello. Non tornerò, a Forlì ci sono posti meno pretenziosi dove si mangia benissimo.
