The restaurant is meticulously maintained, with a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The service was excellent: the waitress was attentive and friendly, making us feel truly at home. The dishes are meticulously prepared, tasty, and carefully presented. A must-try if you're in the area: highly recommended!

Exquisite dinner, homey atmosphere, and wonderful service. The ladies in the dining room welcome you with a heart-warming smile, and if the food is also fantastic, then the evening can only be wonderful. We ordered: carne crudo with fresh artichoke flakes (SUPER L A T I V E) and veal with tuna sauce. Followed by tortellini del plin and pancetta-wrapped guinea fowl with truffle (truly incredible). For dessert: tarte tatin and hazelnut cake. Sonia recommended wines with professionalism. The food is truly excellent and fresh, and there are also many off-menu options; I opted for traditional fare because I'd never been to this area, but there's truly something for everyone. It's a shame I live so far from Canelli, otherwise it would be my go-to! Congratulations to all the staff!
