The food was delicious, excellent value for money. The house wine was excellent. The service was provided by young staff, but there was nothing to complain about. You're seated in a large square with a view of a beautiful building. Well worth it.

Very nice restaurant in a central location. The owner was very welcoming, even though it was late for lunch, and he seated us, which is difficult (and rightly so) at many other restaurants. We had truly delicious appetizers and first courses. The pumpkin tortelloni were amazing!

Siamo stati ad Aprile per un pranzo di laurea.Tutto buonissimo a partire dai taglieri di salumi e formaggi con gnocco fritto alla torta.L’eccellenza è stata la lasagna e poi il guancialino su crema di patate ,tenerissimo come burro.L’accoglienza è stata veramente eccezionale e la location,piazza Roma di fronte all’accademia militare, fanno sì che che questo locale meriti di essere visitato.Grazie

09/01/2026: A mountain hotel that's a bit dated but well-maintained and clean. It has everything you need. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent for skiing in Abetone or Le Polle/Cimone, or for visiting Lago Santo and Giovo, or the nearby village of Fiumalbo.
05/01/2026: The price isn't commensurate with the property...too high! The room, for a double, was rather small, as was the shower... We couldn't get any hot water, even though we ran it; it remained lukewarm... Excellent cleanliness... The breakfast was good, but with limited selection. The location was good for going to Fiumalbo. The owners were very friendly and kind. Overall, however, if I were to return, I would stay here again, hoping for a slightly larger room.
