Repetita juvant. And I went back a few weeks ago. And each time it was better, and even though it was during the week the assortment of cold and hot appetizers was excellent. Not to mention the tagliolini with fresh morels.

Everything was excellent from starters to desserts!! Typical Piedmontese products, we will definitely come back again because a few kilometers to eat well is worth the trip. Beautiful panorama

I've been living in Piedmont for ten years and I can confidently say that this is the best place I've eaten so far. The authenticity of the food, the courtesy of the manager and its preparation are at a higher level than any other place. Compliments!

10/06/2025: Tonight we dined at beautiful Aldente. Service, food, atmosphere exceptional. We branched into the unknown for us and tried the tasting menu. Wonderful, authentic Piedmont food, great value ..so glad we came here. Grazie
