21/03/2025: Special evening. The Piedmontese raclette is unforgettable, a sort of ritual. A red-hot steel disc arrives where you cook meat and cheese on top and underneath, eating everything always hot and without rushing. Wide choice of fondue and Raclette, excellent raw materials, a real dive into Piedmontese cuisine, all in a warm and charming setting. Wide choice of wines. And in the end the bill is more than acceptable. IT HAS many seats but obviously call a day in advance if you don't want to wait. In any case they do a sort of "double shift"

27/02/2025: Upon entering you are assaulted by the heavy air of the place, between the melted cheese and the overheated oil of the bourghignionne.
