Friendly waiters, quick service. I ate the artisanal tagliatelle with white Fassone ragù ... tasty, very good!! As a second course, the Piedmontese mixed fried food. Excellent quality ingredients, tender meat, vegetables and exquisite desserts. The only negative note: I ate a slice of white meat with great effort because it had taken on the sweet taste of fried desserts, I filled it with sauce to be able to finish it.
