I've been going to this place for years: it was already fantastic some time ago but it has gotten even better over time. Many dishes are typical of Piedmontese cuisine but with attention to every detail. The staff is very kind and always ready to meet the customer's every need. The eggnog is sublime The location is intimate and welcoming

Slow service, summarily cooked dishes (overcooked gnocchi, pistachio cream on unconvincing tartare), draft beer with an unpleasant taste due to the lack of cleanliness of the system. Soft breadsticks that have suffered from humidity. Good pan pizzas. Overall, much more attention should be paid.

13/01/2025: From today it will be a fixed stop while you go skiing in Montgenèvre. Very good breakfast: very good coffee and cappuccino and delicious croissants. Very nice atmosphere, clean bathrooms and very kind waitresses.
11/01/2025: Very nice location, welcoming, clean with very kind and competent young staff, excellent aperitif and wide choice of drinks, highly recommended

15/01/2025: A lot of research into the raw materials and some excellent dishes (beef marrow with cod above all) but others a little unbalanced. The service appears very ambitious and attentive to customer care but the staff then lacks total attention. For the (high) price you pay, a little more concentration is needed. However, positive experience.
11/01/2025: Some friends who are lovers of good eating and drinking gave us a tasting with a pairing and today we ventured to the Consortium. Excellent service, joy of the palate fully solicited, superlative wines. All we have to say is: go there and enjoy!
