The service, atmosphere, and flavours available were second to none. There isn't a bad thing on the menu, and if you're looking for that quintessentially Roman dish of Cacio e Pepe, this is the exact place to show you what all the fuss is about. Nestled in the shadow of ancient history, there's no place in Rome I'd recommend more.

We found this place by chance. It was a real stroke of luck. Clean place, friendly staff, possibility to sit outside. Vast wine cellar. I ate a sublime Carbonara. Really satisfied with the choice. I recommend it and will definitely go back as soon as possible.

Recommended restaurant in the center of Rome. It is a clean and tidy place, not far from the crowd that characterizes other areas of Rome, which wants to stand out for the quality of its products and customer service. No "bouncer" staff then, the kind that offers you a table if you pass less than 10m from the entrance of the place, but only waiters and owners who are courteous, discreet and professional. From the little I was able to try, the food is very good, well-finished in appearance and of quality. The prices are in line with the average. If I return to Rome, I will come to visit you again! Only note, I would suggest indicating the price of wine by the glass on the menu. It may be that I missed it, if so I will gladly adjust the review.
