Behind a gate hidden by vegetation lies a fantastic world: in an old-world setting, you dine by candlelight, with excellent food and service.

Well, what can I say... A magical place. Chiara is a wonderful host. The menu is varied and always features seasonal products. Excellent wine list. The Vermouth as an aperitif and the coffee served with Neapolitan pizza are the icing on the cake.

A charming little hideaway. I took my boyfriend for his birthday dinner. It was a perfect place, perfect for intimate moments and relaxation, with wonderful retro music. Very suitable for intimate evenings and with friends, and (in my personal opinion) it's perfect. Interior: very Alice in Wonderland, it transports you a little bit into fairy tales, with tables not too close to each other, light French-flavored music, a truly relaxing, romantic and autumnal atmosphere. I find the decor very interesting, it takes you back in time and a little bit to children, with the large central house and candlelight. Food: excellent, I had one appetizer (several courses as pictured), one first course, two second courses, and two desserts. The ricotta gnocchi and meat are fabulous, the octopus and chard are also excellent, the bread is varied, and the dessert is fantastic. Try the lemon-infused panna cotta and the chocolate cake, both amazing. Well-appointed table, simple and autumnal table setting, GOOD WINE SELECTION. Staff: very attentive and not intrusive; in fact, a young man who does his job well and is attentive. The lady who offered us a fabulous glass of Vermont herb wine after a tasting was very kind and lovely. Spent 96 euros for two, and we'd love to repeat the experience. We even thanked the chefs. Tucked away from the center, but not far, lies this small osteria. I was warmly welcomed into an intimate, lovingly and lovingly curated setting, lit by candlelight. A handwritten menu featuring heartfelt Tuscan dishes is savored, and it's clear it's all family-run, "like it used to be." Recommended for those seeking authenticity, intimacy, and that little touch of self-respect that's too often missing from restaurants.

This restaurant is located just outside Pisa, but it's hard to find unless someone recommends it or you know it. It's a charming, intimate place with just a few tables, and it's well-maintained. The food and service are excellent. Prices are average. A must-see if you're in the Pisa area!

Maybe the price is a little above average but it's worth it

Excellent experience. I went with the 50% discount from The Fork, and even then the owner offered us a welcome glass of prosecco, followed by cantuccini, vinsanto, and amari. The food was more than delicious, and the location was excellent for ending the evening with a stroll around the city center. I'll definitely be back!

Non lontano da San Giuliano Terme si trova questa amena osteria immersa nel verde. Il casolare è antico e colmo di fascino retrò. L'interno del locale è caldo e accogliente, stessa cosa per l'esterno: tavoli con candele e piccole lampadine appese tutt', intorno al giardino per creare un'atmosfera intima: insomma, una particolare cura per il dettaglio. Ordinato un antipasto misto e delle seppie con bietole. Buono l'antipasto composto da arista in porchetta, uno sformatino, melanzane grigliate e pomodorini arrostiti ripieni con pangrattato e acciughe (se ricordo bene). Anche le seppie erano buone, tenere e dal sapore delicato. Per dolce una torta di pesche. Nel complesso, buon cibo, non banale (simpatica l'idea di servire il caffè nella caffettiera) anche se le porzioni erano un po' risicate. Servizio attento e cordiale (fatto uno sconto di 3,5 euro) e prezzi nella media. Consigliato.

Questo posto ti riporta indietro nel tempo, seppur informale ha una cura dei dettagli formidabile. Abbiamo cenato a lume di candela e questo rende tutto speciale. La cucina è ottima ed autentica, tutto eccellente. Il personale è cortese e garbato.
