Went twice to try the tagliatelle al ragu and the lasagne of course… when in Bologna! Loved both, can still remember the richness of the ragu! I will find my way back to Bologna (soon) and in turn, to this delicious restaurant! Highly recommend it!

What can I say about Bologna's most recommended restaurant? It was a truly unique experience, with very pleasant staff and spectacular food at a great price. Tortellini al brodo was spectacular.

My best friend and I went on an express trip on August 7th. The food was spectacular, but above all, I'd like to highlight the attentiveness of one waiter. I don't know his name, but he speaks Spanish and told me his grandmothers are Argentinian. A very nice guy!

I was looking for a proper tagliatelle al ragù (Bolognese), and with so many restaurants offering it, I decided to try Osteria dell’Orsa — a choice I definitely don’t regret. The portion was just right, delicious, and full of authentic flavor. I also had a well-garnished sub and a glass of wine, and the whole meal came to only €20 — excellent value for the quality. If you’re in Bologna and craving traditional tagliatelle, this is absolutely the place to go!

The food is very good, and the prices are lower than the competition. The portions are really large; my girlfriend was so overwhelmed by the sheer size of the cheesecake that I had to help her. 😄. A place without any flaws.

01/07/2025: All normal, no big emotions. I stopped with 2 friends to eat a tagliatella because the other tavern in the street was full. I didn't have high expectations and thanks to that I wasn't disappointed. Ultimately it turns out to be a decent Bolognese tavern, with higher prices than the competitors and without particular peaks. I don't recommend it, you can find better places a few steps away.
30/05/2025: Even though I live in the area I had never been to this restaurant. I ate the porcini mushrooms with mint and the tagliatelle with black truffle. Everything was very good and the ingredients were excellent. Perhaps the only thing is that from a restaurant I expect slightly larger portions.
