Locale molto carino, personale gentilissimo. Il menù alla carta non ci è stato dato... ma una gentilissimo signora è venuta al tavolo e ci ha riferito tutto quanto potevamo scegliere, antipasti circa sette , 3/4 primi, 2/3 secondi seguivano poi i dolci. La nostra scelta è andata sugli antipasti... ottimi e poi il secodo con un favoloso brasato al barolo. Consiglio la prenotazione

Pleasant evening, the environment is exactly that of a "warm, welcoming, fragrant" tavern. Super products, top wines, perfect table service… The only flaws are a blind menu where you can't see either the ingredients or the prices which are a little higher than average and the "persimmon with nougat" dessert where a binder between the ingredients was missing. Still good 👍🏻

Excellent experience, starters and panissa at the top, the main courses not exciting, but that's my opinion. Excellent wine list with the best Piedmontese labels. Price slightly above average. Advised.

I divide my review into several points of view. Food quality: excellent, especially for the starters. Service: personally I find it very unfair to the guests that there is not a written menu visible to everyone, but this is only communicated verbally by the waiters. This way you don't have the slightest idea of ​​the prices, as well as being quite confusing and difficult to remember the different dishes. Price: expensive, resulting in a "surprise at the checkout" as a consequence of the previous point (~60€ per person). I would give the place a better score if only for the quality of the food. Unfortunately, however, I find the lack of a written menu incorrect, especially since it has been complained about several times in previous reviews.

A real surprise, after at least 10 attempts we managed to book a table in the protected terrace adjacent to the beautiful central square of Cavaglia'. Sympathy, lightness, decorum and cheerful conviviality are the setting for attentive, generous cuisine using quality raw materials. It seems that nothing is left to chance. Traditional appetizers (excellent veal tonne), classic first and second courses, desserts in line. Optimal!

Oramai quando voglio mangiare piatti della tradizione Piemontese non posso che prenotare qui ed io abito in Lombardia a un centinaio di km da Cavaglià. Qualità delle materie prime molto alta , di certo non è uno di quei ristoranti che esci con la fame ,ma a proposito di fame la ragazza che ti presenta il menù lo fa talmente bene che ordineresti tutto . Servizio accurato , hanno una splendida saletta per chi prenota per una decina di persone . P.S. Qui trovo la mia torta preferita la 900 Rapporto Q/P in linea con il locale. Complimenti
