We were feeling a bit under the weather, so we ordered the soup of the day and artichokes. Everything was delicious and settled us right away. The food was very well prepared and high quality. Highly recommended in the center of Rome. The waiter was incredibly friendly. We were delighted with the experience.

We ordered two pastas, one oxtail dish, and one artichoke dish. Everything was delicious. Except for the tomato pasta, which was a bit salty. The server warned us about that, but we didn't mind because we just ordered it anyway. We ordered one oxtail dish, but they gave us two. That was a bit much. However, the server was professional throughout the entire process. Other than that, it was a good dinner.

Everything was excellent, if the waitress had been less anxious it would have been a perfect dinner.

A place discovered by chance, which turned out to be a gem! Excellent food, fantastic location (in front of Palazzo Adriano, near the Trevi Fountain), delightful and professional staff! Recommended 👍🏼

an excellent restaurant in a beautiful, non-touristy part of central Rome. Lovely staff, gorgeous food, delicious wine, impressive Hadrian temple outside...what more could one want?

The name intrigued me, and after reading the numerous positive reviews, I had no hesitation in booking a dinner for my husband and I during our weekend in Rome.
Facing the evocative Temple of Hadrian, the restaurant is elegant and welcoming.
The staff is attentive and helpful.
The menu offered a wide and inviting selection.
We ate an excellent carbona and a delicious amatriciana. For main courses, we chose the delicious guinea fowl and the duck, whose red wine and raspberry sauce was particularly flavorful!
We finished with a highly recommended panna cotta with red berries and savory crumble.
The highlight is the bread basket,
some of which are homemade, including the black bread with walnuts (which I fell in love with), served with a tomato sauce also made in-house.
Extensive wine list.
We have no doubts, next time we're in Rome, we'll definitely be back.
Bitters and biscuits on the house.
