Oh what a great Osteria! Highly recommend coming here with a bit kore hunger than I did, i wishes I could’ve had their great bisteca with one of their extensive options for wine. But still their smaller stuffed peppers and raviolis were out of this world. Also how welcoming is their staff, i can say the help me make great choices here (and kept me up to date on the Euro cup scores). Also don’t leave without trying their tiramisu, you won’t regret it

Food was good and the atmosphere in the restaurant is nice. Seems like a great place to try Florentine steak, assuming you aren’t dining alone, and they have a lot of other interesting dishes. I basically never rate restaurants on their service because I think it’s irrelevant to their food. That being said, I do still want to comment on their service. It was like a bad parody of Italy. They kept asking me if I preferred this or that and when I answered with what was apparently the wrong answer, the obvious face of horror was almost comical. Ex: “Can you recommend a wine to go with my meal?” “Do you prefer red or white?” “Um…white I guess” *horrified pikachu face* Like brother you ASKED, just tell me what to order if it’s so offensive to your soul. Maybe it was just my waiter because other dinners seemed to be having more productive discussions with their waiters. But honestly, it was really off putting and a bit ruined my meal. Especially when followed up by going to the back and then obviously and loudly telling your fellow waiters about my absolute horrifying preferences. Maybe chill out a bit?

After a whole day of walking with our dog in the hot city, we were very well received in this stylish restaurant. Everyone was very warm and welcoming to all of us, including our dog. Food and wine were excellent, bistecca alla fiorentina especially so, and we've spent a wonderful evening

They were so welcoming, helpful and nice… My parents eats the steak well done and the staff manage to do it for them to meet their preferences, We really enjoyed it

Best place to eat the bistecca fiorentina. As well as other delicious plates. Extraordinary service. Must visit place when you visit Florence.

Top notch across the board. This restaurant is very warm and inviting. We were welcomed like old friends. The service was respectful and attentive. Our meal was truly amazing. The pricing is very reasonable. When we first arrived we spoke to a woman standing next to us who was a local and confessed that she ate at this restaurant on a regular basis, so not just for tourists.

An absolute hidden gem near Pitti Palace and the Bobobli Gardens. The food was outstanding and loved the rustic atmosphere. As other reviews have mentioned, you order your food first and then ask to look at their wine selection. The waiter takes you to their wine room and explains your options based on your food selection. Didn't disappoint.

This place is an underrated gem. The brick is a nice aesthetic touch and created a great ambience. They don't have a wine menu; instead, you order your food, and after, the waiter takes you to their extensive wine fridge for you to pick out your own bottle; I loved that experience. The food was also amazing. My wife ordered the Ravioli di Peposo di Manzo al Burro e Timo and I ordered the Tagliatelle all’Uovo con Sugo di Coniglio al Tegame and we both thought about it on the way back to our hotel that night, and on the train ride to Rome. Easily our favorite meal of the entire trip.
