Innovazione legata alla tradizione, piatti monferrini e piemontesi resi gourmet da una chef semplice ma con carattere, capace di trasformare piatti “spigolosi” come la finanziera in una esperienza del gusto e dell’ olfatto . Ci sono stato molte volte e ci tornerò sempre con piacere sapendo di vivere ad ogni cena una nuova esperienza

We stayed one evening in October with a group of friends from Rome and it was wonderful, a delicious dinner with delicious dishes presented very well. Congratulations, I recommend it!!!

Having lunch and enjoying such a view is truly something phenomenal. Nice fresh and quality dishes, good portions. Really on point staff and great service.

Very nicely located in Monferrato with breathtaking views. Nice, clean, lovingly furnished restaurant, with high quality food, very friendly, helpful staff who were very attentive to us Swiss. Great wine advice! We chose: "Uvalino Uceline DOC Cascina Castlet - Cascina Castlet" = it was a dream, matching the delicious roast with mashed potatoes! The desserts were also very harmonious and prepared with a lot of love. Nicely rounded off with a good grappa and delicious limoncello. It is family-run and hospitality is very important; you feel at home. We wish you much success with your planned B&B! We'd love to come back! Kind regards from Switzerland

07/01/2025: Beautiful location but unfortunately everything stops here, we were here for lunch on a very normal day, I'm not judging the courses chosen because they are subjective, but for my palate they were flat and without that taste involvement. The bill was a little too high for what we ate. Excellent service and courtesy
