Innovazione legata alla tradizione, piatti monferrini e piemontesi resi gourmet da una chef semplice ma con carattere, capace di trasformare piatti “spigolosi” come la finanziera in una esperienza del gusto e dell’ olfatto . Ci sono stato molte volte e ci tornerò sempre con piacere sapendo di vivere ad ogni cena una nuova esperienza

We stayed one evening in October with a group of friends from Rome and it was wonderful, a delicious dinner with delicious dishes presented very well. Congratulations, I recommend it!!!

Very nicely located in Monferrato with breathtaking views. Nice, clean, lovingly furnished restaurant, with high quality food, very
friendly, helpful staff who were very attentive to us Swiss. Great wine advice! We chose: "Uvalino Uceline DOC Cascina Castlet - Cascina Castlet" = it was a dream, matching the delicious roast with mashed potatoes! The desserts were also very harmonious and prepared with a lot of love. Nicely rounded off with a good grappa and delicious limoncello.
It is family-run and hospitality is very important; you feel at home.
We wish you much success with your planned B&B!

Very pleasant discovery.
We stayed nearby and looking online for a restaurant not too far away I found this tavern.
Particular and intriguing menu, I would have liked to taste everything.
We had pasta and beans as a first course, and beetroot gnocchi with gorgonzola filling, both fantastic, the gorgonzola came out when you cut the gnocchi, nothing like the ones you buy where you have to use binoculars to see the filling. I didn't expect them to be so good, the sweet gnocco dough, in contrast with the gorgonzola which was very tasty.
For the second course we had ribs that melted in your mouth, and the priest's hat which was also very tender.
I was pleasantly impressed by this tavern, everything was perfect, I don't have a negative note. The waiter was knowledgeable and friendly.
The entree was super appreciated, and the small pastry brought to the end even if you don't take dessert. Super fresh and delicious bread and breadsticks.

We discovered this place on Google Maps and were pleasantly surprised by this discovery.
We had a peaceful lunch with exquisite dishes and the highest quality raw materials! Really excellent value for money!
The restaurateurs were extremely friendly and attentive to customer needs. Peaceful setting and spectacular view, we will definitely be back!

Bellissima location, tranquilla e con una bella vista sulle colline con possibilità di mangiare fuori sotto la tettoia. Locale curato e accogliente come i gestori, giovani e con voglia di rinnovamento. Ottimi tutti i piatti anche se le porzioni degli antipasti (alcuni) un po’ troppo esigue. Noi abbiamo preso due menù del contadino (vegetariano) e un menù Fidati di noi per due persone (sette portate a sorpresa,….bisogna fidarsi e non avere intolleranze/allergie o preferenze particolari…). Buonissimi gli gnocchi di pane e tutto il resto ma ….Strabilianti i dolci!! Tutto accompagnato da un buon vino bianco cortese…Sicuramente ritorneremo!!
