Tagliolini con latte e formaggio fatti in casa al pesto di paccasassi e pomodorini. Piatto spaziale. Sì mangia benissimo ed è tutto fatto in casa. Era da tempo che non trovavo un ristorante così attento alla qualità e alla ricercatezza dei piatti.

Special recipes that revisit traditional Marche dishes. Also classic platters with cheeses, cured meats and homemade crescia. Good quality house wine. Informal but nice environment, the only small note, I was sitting with my back to the cave and clearly fresh and humid air was rising but it is part of the context. Average prices and good in relation to the quality of the food. We'll be back.
