I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and I must say I was truly delighted. The meat was top-notch, and the wine list was impressive, but the markups were fair. It's hard to recommend a single dish. Everything was truly delicious and easy to digest.

fiorentina da 1.200 ma senza pesarla, come si suol dire "a fiducia" 84 euro. sinceramente non li valeva come gusto, e dalla mia esperienza, visto che in due l'abbiamo terminata abbastanza velocemente forse era piena di acqua, cmq la cosa che conta, con un pò di antipasti e senza vino e dolci, abbiamo pagato un conto che non ci ha soddisfatto. Ci tornerei? assolutamente NO. Lo consiglierei? si, a una persona antipatica

06/12/2025: I was there last night for a company dinner so I can't know how much we spent 🤷 but I can say I ate very well 👏👏👏. The appetizers and the saffron risotto with zucchini flowers and stracciatella were very good 😋. The meat (I'm not crazy about raw meat) but the tartare I ate last night was spectacular as was the tagliata with mustard and green pepper. Well done, applause to the kitchen and to the very kind and courteous waiting staff (even with my rather drunk colleagues 😂). Thank you very much again and congratulations to everyone.
04/12/2025: Enchanting place, quality menu, polite, fast, and smiling staff. Always a pleasure. I recommend the tartare at Merlo... Simply sublime!!!!!
