It's a thrill to eat here...where you can breathe in the local tradition, with quantities of delicious food at more than fair prices...the only problem is that you have to regulate yourself otherwise you won't make it to the end....

Informal lunch in the village of Petritoli at this historic osteria. The host is very friendly, and the set menu includes appetizers, a first course, a second course, a side dish, and dessert for €35 per person. The polenta, served on a wooden board for sharing, is delicious. The appetizer, featuring excellent cured meats, is also delicious, as are the delicious beans. A great place for a casual lunch with friends.

A quaint place serving delicious, old-fashioned food. A delicious appetizer with cured meats (loin, salami, sausage, and coppa di testa), pecorino cheese, anchovies with onions, herring served with herbs, stewed beans, tripe, and mushrooms with fricassee eggs. To finish, polenta with sausage and rib sauce and baked veal shank with roast potatoes. Everything is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. Large tables for a cheerful gathering.

01/03/2026: Restaurant: Personally, I have always eaten well there, from the 90s to today the cuisine has always been excellent, the location is dated but it has its own atmosphere, perhaps the prices are higher than average but the quality of the food is there!
