Mangiar bene...tra Giaveno e Trana, in mezzo ad una valletta selvaggia! Locale molto eccentrico a Giaveno, non immediato da raggiungere. Un plauso alla titolare dell'osteria (nel ruolo di addetta al servizio, oltre che in quello di moglie e consigliera dello chef), simpatica, ospitale e gentile. Menu alla carta, scelta non illimitata ma qualità buona con alcune eccellenze. Tagliolini al tartufo nero, che sicuramente è meno aromatico del bianco delle langhe. Tagliata giustamente al sangue. Risotto sapientemente guarnito, tortino con fonduta più che buono. La Signora della sala fornisce anche due assaggi di antipasti, non ipotizzati. Calice di vino all'altezza. In definitiva una cucina con pretese di originalità e di eccellenza

We shared dinner with 6 friends and we were very satisfied with all the courses, truly exceptional both in terms of quality and presentation of the dishes. Kindness and professionalism are at the top. But then the change of cutlery at each course...the attention to detail. We will definitely be back.

Lunch based on porcini mushrooms, but I saw very few porcini mushrooms.
