Tolles Ambiente mit Holzfeuer im Ofen und vielen geschmackvoll eingesetzten Kerzen. Wir waren früh dran und konnten einen Platz direkt am Ofen auswählen. Das Konzept mit den herumgereichten Magnumflaschen hat uns sehr gefallen. Haben dabei einige Überraschungen entdeckt, z.B. einen leckeren Weisswein namens Langhe Nas-Cetta vom Weingut Le Strette. Die Speisenfolge war hervorragend komponiert und die einzelnen Gänge sehr gut zubereitet. Auch hier einige positive Überraschungen wie z.B. frittiertes Kaninchen mit Apfelmus oder die halbierten Zwiebeln (mit Hackfleisch gefüllt und mit einer Crema die Castelmagno überzogen). Sehr gut war auch das gereichte Brot. Wir kommen wieder!

Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mio marito Livio,i suoi 60 anni,in questa stupenda location,ora a Castagnito,il 25 gennaio.Ottimo servizio,camerieri gentilissimi e sempre presenti per ogni richiesta,molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente! Ottimo abbinamento piatti e vino consigliato dalla sommelier Tania, nonché titolare e molto cortese e simpatica! A fare da cornice al locale esclusivo nella scelta degli arredi e del tocco delicato del servizio tavoli,il gatto Gnocco,splendido micione rosso che accoglie i clienti e si lascia coccolare! Il camino acceso all entrata scalda il cuore e rende l atmosfera intima,come i punti luce e le candele accese su ogni tavolo e su punti strategici del locale! Al momento della torta,uno spettacolo! Il calice enorme da cui il festeggiato brinda alla tavolata! Grazie ancora Tania per l accoglienza amabile e il menù buonissimo che proponi! Consigliatissimo e suggestivo!

28/04/2025: Cercavamo un’esperienza da fare nel periodo pasquale, qualcosa che non fosse solo un ristorante dove stare seduti 4 ore per il solito menu delle feste. Siamo capitati a caso sul sito degusta langhe dove per le feste pasquali e non, proponevano diverse esperienze. Abbiamo scelto un’esperienza con visita in cantina ed un pranzo con la degustazione di 5 tipi di vini prodotti da loro. È stata una giornata magnifica, organizzazione perfetta, pranzo al Bosco delle Galline Volanti sublime ed i vini eccezionali. Il servizio durante il pranzo attento e curato, il cibo preparato con materie prime che raramente si trovano sulle tavole dei ristoranti. È un’esperienza che consigliamo a tutti. Noi sicuramente la rifaremo.
