Very good dishes. Traditional, regional cuisine with refinement. Cosy atmosphere with friendly service. Highly recommended. Definitely worth a detour!

Siamo stati al Ristorante La Torre e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! La location è suggestiva e curata, con una vista sulla bellissima Torre di Castel San Giovanni, che rende l’atmosfera davvero magica. Il menù è un perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione e creatività: ogni piatto è preparato con ingredienti di altissima qualità e presentato con grande eleganza. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato i primi fatti in casa e la selezione di carni locali, tenerissime e saporite. Ottimi anche i vini, scelti con competenza e proposti in abbinamento ideale. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale gentile, attento e professionale, capace di farci sentire coccolati dall’inizio alla fine. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un ristorante raffinato ma autentico, dove ogni dettaglio è curato e ogni sapore racconta il territorio. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo preso come antipasto due gusti di bruschette (molto buone, in particolare il pane), come primi gli gnocchetti allo speck e sagrantino e la zuppa di cipolle di cannara e infine lo spiedone di maiale. We had dinner in this beautiful restaurant two evenings. Relaxed atmosphere and excellent food. Amazing homemade bread! Delicious bruschettas and cold cuts. Substantial and delicious Umbrian soup! Excellent and sweet ribs, one better than the other with a special mention of the cannoli... sublime! Highly recommended!

Particular and welcoming environment, very clean and tidy, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, both in taste and appearance. Must try.

Family lunch with dog in tow. Everything excellent, very high quality ingredients. The bruschettas are really delicious, especially the one with the exceptional tartare! I would go back just to eat 10 more! Excellent truffle strangozzi and excellent meat too, we tried the pork stew which melted in your mouth and the excellent skewer! Special desserts, very good! Fair quality/price ratio.

The place is nice, even if the table where we were sitting was dimly lit (the spotlight was pointing at the blow-up of the chef). The service was mixed (the waitress was rather cold and mechanical, the waiter was much friendlier; they forgot to bring us the bread - which was excellent - and we had to ask for it), the wait at the table was very long (partially understandable: it was Sunday lunch), luckily the dishes were all to our liking, demonstrating expertise in the combination of flavors and creativity while respecting tradition. Portions are not excessive, which was ideal for us as we get full easily. Therefore the general opinion is positive, with the intention of returning on a weekday, if there is the opportunity. Prices aligned with the quality of the dishes offered.
