Everything excellent, very high quality ingredients. The bruschettas are really delicious, especially the one with the exceptional tartare! I would go back just to eat 10 more!
Excellent truffle strangozzi and excellent meat too, we tried the pork stew which melted in your mouth and the excellent skewer!
Special desserts, very good!

The place is nice, even if the table where we were sitting was dimly lit (the spotlight was pointing at the blow-up of the chef). The service was mixed (the waitress was rather cold and mechanical, the waiter was much friendlier; they forgot to bring us the bread - which was excellent - and we had to ask for it), the wait at the table was very long (partially understandable: it was Sunday lunch), luckily the dishes were all to our liking, demonstrating expertise in the combination of flavors and creativity while respecting tradition. Portions are not excessive, which was ideal for us as we get full easily.
Therefore the general opinion is positive, with the intention of returning on a weekday, if there is the opportunity.
Prices aligned with the quality of the dishes offered.

The best meal we ate in Umbria, if not in Italy in the past 7 months of living here! The quality of ingredients and cooking is exceptional. It was so good, we returned for a second night and have already planned a trip back to the region where we will be bringing friends to this restaurant. A true gem. Highly recommend to anyone.

We had dinner two evenings at this fantastic venue.
Excellent and courteous service.
The raw materials used and the mastery of the chef are of the highest level.
The skewer and the grilled Etruscan pork rib are highly recommended.
