Osteria but with a gourmet restaurant menu.
Prices not commensurate with the name of the tavern but still good even if the quantity is very small.
Not suitable for children.
We took a ragu and it wasn't mentioned that it was with chilli (the son didn't have dinner... to be honest I also struggled to eat it because it was too spicy).
Good cut but strange cut and for €25 a really simple dish... with julienne of fresh fennel which in August I wouldn't really say is in season.

Lovely place but unfortunately very slow service, the dishes passable but too expensive. Personally I wouldn't recommend it

Il locale è particolare, molto bello e curato. Abbiamo cenato in giardino, anche qui un ambiente molto curato. Menù con poche proposte, ma particolari e intriganti. Tutto buono e di qualità. Lo consiglio senz’altro.

Returning there after many years, I was really happy to still taste the "rozzo", their typical sandwich with stew! Exceptional!
We got some bags on a special cereal bread, I think, very good. Then the "rozzo" and a salmon pizza, also excellent!
The quality of the food is excellent as is the friendliness and friendliness of all the staff, always ready to ask if everything was ok.
The prices, although slightly higher than average, are fair for the quality and choice of dishes.
Absolutely coming back!!!

Nice place in a very particular context, the surroundings are also very beautiful. We stopped on our way to Spoleto in the evening and I admit that the food was very good. Selection of amazing bruschettas, cut with exquisite liquorice cream. Advised!

Beautiful restaurant in the village of Castel San Giovanni, itself perfectly maintained even if off the beaten track of mass tourism. My wife and I had a great time. An environment with attention to every detail, from the furnishings with delightful vintage details, to the open kitchen which gives a touch of class to everything. Excellent bruschettas with excellent ingredients. Cut with liquorice sauce it is a surprise for the palate. The skewer is as spectacular as it is good. We will definitely be back.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly but too slow service. Good food, at least in my experience the meats were good, however I was disappointed by the gourmet bruschettas which cost a lot and I was expecting something more. The cost is very expensive. Let's say that with different prices it would be very competitive but with these costs I don't feel like recommending it.
