On Sunday, we decided to try this little restaurant thanks to word of mouth from friends. We tried their seasonal specialties, namely mushrooms... what can I say? We were completely satisfied. From the porcini mushroom soup to the homemade pasta, the main courses, and even the desserts, everything was delicious and healthy. The service matched the quality of the food. Excellent value for money.

We stopped by chance. Despite the late hour for lunch, the place was packed, but they did their best to seat us right away. Very quick service, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful in offering the best possible customer service. Delicious food. A totally positive experience.

I'm just starting to get to know the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. It has so much to offer: nature, culture, history, and good food... whenever we can, if we're in the area, we go to Osteria della Rocca for their delicious, authentic, locally sourced food, where the flavors and aromas are intense and the staff is friendly, discreet, and pleasant. The menu is obviously varied, and the price varies depending on what you order.

We had booked a visit to Rocchetta Mattei, so by chance we booked at this osteria.
The owners are friendly and lively, the food is superb...I highly recommend the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the sliced beef with porcini mushrooms; it melted in your mouth.
We'll definitely be back.

First time at this wonderful restaurant in the small village of Rocca Pitigliana. If you want to treat yourself to a superb lunch and be pampered by the wonderful staff, you've come to the right place. We had the "Di tutto un po'" appetizer, the now legendary tortelloni with chestnut flour, amazing main courses with black truffle, and even the truly special salad eggplant. The desserts are all homemade and, like the other dishes, made with seasonal produce from their own farm. Everything was perfect, including the mountain views and the super welcoming yet refined atmosphere. I can't wait to return to try new seasonal products. A huge compliment to the owner and all the friendly and helpful staff. See you soon!

Spectacular trattoria! The cheese appetizer with honey and chili pepper jam was truly delicious, the trio of first courses for only €16 (the chestnut flour ravioli were fantastic), the tender sliced steak, and the chocolate dessert, among the best I've ever tasted. Kudos also to the lady who welcomed us with such kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Sono stata oggi con la mia famiglia dopo una gita nelle vicinanze. Location molto carina e curata, certo arrivarci non è semplicissimo per tutti diciamocelo, ma vale assolutamente la pena. Tutto super promosso . Purtroppo siamo lontani ma ci piacerebbe tanto ritornare. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, prodotti freschissimi e a km zero, cose che non si trovano ovunque. Così come il personale molto gentile, attento e alla mano. Super!!!

Locale molto bello, cucina molto buona. Prodotti di qualità e anche a in zero. Personale cortese e simpatico. Il titolare forse un po’ troppo “spiritoso”Consiglio di prenotare. Parcheggio disponibile. Assolutamente da provare.
