Spectacular location, refined but informal environment. The professional and very kind staff accompanies you on a journey of unique flavors and sensations. We chose the fish tasting menu, each dish with impeccable presentation, was an explosion of flavours, pleasant, with a unique and difficult to forget taste, all accompanied by excellent wines. A unique experience, where every detail is taken care of down to the smallest detail. I would like to thank all the staff again who pampered us throughout the evening. Well done, good, good.

Fantastic restaurant in a historical building. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic Florence experience.

Our second dinner at Osteria Pagliazza in the past year. We had a delicious dinner there in September 2023. When we decided to return to Florence for two nights, we made the decision to return to this wonderful place. We tried several different items. Every bite was delicious. The waitstaff is the absolute best! A wonderful evening.

02/08/2024: Unbeatable: excellent bread, personalized burger, low prices. Please, only go to THIS sharecropping, which has a bit of a twist. In the one in Pisa they make sandwiches with old bread.

09/08/2024: Great food. It's a small and simple restaurant but we came for food, not extravaganza. The menu is in Italian though so I used my phone to translate it. Staff was friendly and food was delicious.
