Absolutely fantastic restaurant. If you are skiing in Sauze or Sestriere and are driving back to Turin, I cannot recommend enough. Some of the best pasta we had in a number of years in Italy. Susa is a beautiful town too - really very good.

The pizza was quite good: light dough and quality ingredients. We also had the raw meat with stracciatella cheese and parmesan which was delicious. The tagliata was okay, nothing special. Swift and gentle service.

We most likely had the wrong night, as some friends had highly recommended the restaurant.
We ordered fish and pizzas.
The fish was undercooked and decidedly watery, as if it had been cooked while still frozen. The pizzas were good and balanced, with a light crust.
We kindly ordered side dishes, which never arrived (at least not to our table). The desserts were mediocre, presented without any garnish, giving the impression they had been literally "thrown" onto the plate.
Now I hope it was all just an unlucky evening.

We ordered six pizzas for takeout via WhatsApp. The experience was terrible:
1. Despite exchanging WhatsApp messages (pizza type, pick-up time and name, etc.), the order wasn't recorded, and as a result, when we arrived at the restaurant (at the scheduled time), our order wasn't there.
2. After reordering the six pizzas on-site, we received two pizzas that didn't match our order at all.
Overall, the pizza dough and toppings were very good.
Service and communication could be improved.
Price is average.

"I nearly missed it on the map while looking for a restaurant. But I'm glad I found it; the ambience and interior were comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. I can wholeheartedly recommend it."
