The restaurant doesn't overlook the Bagno Vignoni thermal baths, but is located on a side street a few dozen meters away. The location is central yet quiet, with tables in a small courtyard directly on the pedestrian street, which doesn't cause any disturbance.
Very good crostini, carefully prepared first and second courses, sometimes with unusual pairings. Good wine selection.

We went to the Bistrot on Saturday for dinner, with a reservation, for my birthday. What can I say? Top marks for everything! The crostoni as appetizers were truly superb, I've never had anything so good in Tuscany (we come to Tuscany on average a couple of times a year). For the main course, we had meat: I had a tagliata and my partner a fillet... I was speechless. For dessert, I asked for tiramisu, and it was served with a candle to celebrate my birthday (my partner had requested it when he booked, I didn't know anything about it). A truly brilliant team of guys, promoting local, zero-mile products!

The staff is extremely friendly and always available, with fast and efficient service and attention to detail. The dishes are top-quality, prepared with fresh ingredients and elegantly presented. A delightful place, the food is excellent, and it's run by young, local people.
The outdoor garden is very welcoming.
Most dishes are also available gluten-free, including desserts.
The off-menu options are always interesting, even for us loyal customers.

The restaurant is small inside, but the garden outside is spacious and charming. The food is good, from the pici (the ones with garlic sauce are excellent) to the tagliata with porcini mushrooms. The staff are attentive to service, yet at the same time calm and relaxed, a positive quality that's hard to find in many restaurants.
