Bistrot Languorino was a discovery that made our stay truly special. We dined there almost every evening, and each time it was an unforgettable journey into the heart of authentic and genuine flavours. The restaurant is the perfect example of how culinary tradition can tell stories through dishes. Each course was a celebration of local flavours, prepared with fresh, local ingredients, which evoked distant memories, almost as if time stopped for a moment. The dishes offered are simple, but full of character, and every bite seemed to tell a story of passion and care in preparation. The traditional, yet innovative cuisine has been able to perfectly combine the comfort of home food with a touch of refinement that has made every meal special. Furthermore, the service was always welcoming and familiar, which made the experience even more pleasant. We went to the bistro on the advice of the owner of the farmhouse where we were staying, a truly great discovery. Run by young guys, traditional Tuscan cuisine with a few extra touches. Crostone with fabulous crunchy ham, excellent pici with pecorino and bacon 😋, tagliolini with ragù and finally crumble of cantucci with cream and berries. Even the wine 🍷 (we took a quarter of it in bulk) was up to par. Really reasonable prices in a lovely town. Well done guys

Although a few weeks late, here is my review: the place is really very nice, there is both an internal room and a really well-kept garden. The food was excellent, we tried the crostone with burrata, ham and tomatoes, bigi with garlic and burrata and those with bacon, pecorino and small pear: all delicious! Also to be appreciated was the kindness and helpfulness of the boy who served us at the tables, he recommended several wineries to visit in Montalcino and he got it right! Overall, fantastic experience.

Very tasty food that surprised us! We ate at several restaurants on our trip and most were good but few were surprising! It's so worth it!

Amazing restaurant! Make reservations by e-mail. I recommend tagliata with pecorino and tartufe (beef) and crumble di cantutti with crema for dessert.

Attracted by the lovely garden, we had lunch here and did not regret our choice. Delicious first courses and truly friendly service, the crostoni offered as a starter are large enough to be a good starter for two people.
