Well... neither good nor bad... the testaroli were good, and the appetizer was an artichoke roll on a cheese fondue that completely covered the flavor of the artichokes.
The owner was attentive. The atmosphere was rustic and well-maintained. From the reviews, I expected much more.

I left with high hopes of discovering an excellent restaurant, given the reviews I'd read. I wasn't convinced by the mushroom pasta, as I couldn't taste the mushrooms; it was bland. Everything else was good, and the service was good.

Quality food with traditional cuisine, a family atmosphere, and excellent service. We chose two starters: testaroli with pesto and lemon tortelli with sliced truffle, both truly EXCEPTIONAL. Our main course was a Chianina steak tartare with a little salad and an excellent red wine. Finally, we tried the tarte tatin with Chantilly cream (a little sweetness), finishing with a glass of Vin Santo. Reservations are required, but you won't regret it.

Found by chance on returning from vacation, we are a family of 4 and as always we go on an adventure we will remember this one for a long time we had a fantastic lunch appetizer of excellent cured meats first and second courses made with quality but with so much love... (We had the honor of having lunch at their family's table) thank you very much for the experience

Osteria della Luna is a cute and unique place, but the prices, for an osteria in Pontremoli, seemed rather high. I was especially disappointed by the very small portions: especially the testaroli, served on a large plate but with very small portions. The overall quality is decent, but the pesto was sparse and under-appreciated.
Personally, I don't think I'd return: if I had to choose, I'd opt for another restaurant.
