OSTERIA DELLA LUNA IN BRODO In Alessandria

A very good restaurant with fairly traditional dishes (and this is no longer so obvious in these parts). We would like some more possibilities and availability for vegetarian and vegan customers, hopefully in the future.

Good Piedmontese dinner in a refined setting and at honest prices. We took the tasting menu at 38 Euros all inclusive (excluding only 2 Euros cover charge) and ate a good dinner both from the point of view of quality and quantity. The mixed starter (cold and hot) was excellent, the first and second courses were good and plentiful (beef cheek with polenta). Excellent location for a romantic dinner

I enjoyed tasting the typical dishes of the area with some improvements to increase the taste. All accompanied by a good glass of Arneis white wine. Good dessert to end the meal. Attentive and professional staff.

Locale carino ma tavoli un po' sacrificati, da rivedere la disposizione, resta comunque molto rumoroso, peccato non riservare una saletta solo alle coppie ed una alle tavolate chiassose. Tenete presente che il locale si presenta come ricercato, non come pizzeria. Filetto cotto alla perfezione come le patatine, solo un po' troppo salate. Il semifreddo al torroncino spettacolare, la millefoglie molto buona. I camerieri sono giovani e gentili ma non tutti preparati, hanno servito il vino senza farlo assaggiare. Prezzo alto, non rispetto ai piatti, comunque buoni, ma al locale, mi sembra voglia essere ma non è.

From the welcome to the dessert, this place is an elegant pampering for the customer. Non-invasive kindness and professionalism. I didn't try many dishes but the ones I ordered were presented very well and the flavors were authentic. I will definitely come back for the other proposals on the menu. A complete menu at 38 euros I think with the main and typical local dishes was also interesting. Must try! For a bit of privacy and to limit background noise, I recommend asking for a table in the smaller room, where I ate. It was perfect. I'll be back soon! Thanks for the evening. Ample parking nearby, both paid and free. In the historic center of Alessandria it has now become a classic. It could be defined as a guarantee for the certainty of being at ease and for the quality of the dishes. The place is always welcoming with appropriately spaced tables. Quick, attentive and professional service. The dishes never disappoint. The unsurpassed tasting menu is recommended in terms of quality/price ratio. The tavern's appetizers are excellent, 3 cold and 3 hot, with attention to detail and tasty! Worth mentioning are the agnolotti made according to the Alessandria tradition with thin pasta and filling which is valid as a first and second course. The desserts are another experience from the more classic bunet to the revisited millefeuille. The value for money is excellent! Ideal for a dinner for two or an occasion with friends.
