A good place, frequented by me for lunch on business. Excellent food, excellent wines, reasonable prices, but not overpriced. I tried the excellent Castelmagno gnocchi and the fried mushrooms. If you have time and don't have work to do, try the tasting menu.

Excellent dinner. Quiet atmosphere. Impeccable service! Superb appetizers. Castelmagno risotto with a mouth-watering brown sauce. Bonet... too good. Wide selection and good wine. Maybe it was the company, but... I'll be back.

This is our second visit to this restaurant. Everything was top-notch. The location, the cleanliness, the service, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the professionalism, the quality of the food, and the value for money. Highly recommended.

Hello to all those who follow me and not 😁 anyway here's an unexpected review, for a day out, I was heading towards Alba, (and one says, what are you doing in Alessandria?), but due to an accident that happened after Alessandria Est we left here with the consent of my "boss" (my wife) and headed towards the Alessandria markets, in the meantime she saw a sign for a shopping center so before eating we made a "pit-stop", we got back on the road (after a tip from a shop assistant) we stopped 450 meters from the center, so a short walk through the closed shops (1 pm) Desperate, I asked a passerby "but where can I eat?" And he "there are two places on this street!!!!" We opted for this one. Both have menus displayed outside, but my "boss" preferred this one... I'd say a dish on the menu that I haven't had in over 10 years is not bad: "Snails" with spicy polenta colored with "Rosso" (tomato sauce). Exceptional. A second appetizer of pumpkin tart, and two slices of steak (one with cheese), a water, and two coffees. Let's specify the 4 stars: exceptional quality of the ingredients, impeccable service, slightly long wait times (over 20 minutes for the first course), the second course was better with its presentation (carving knife). I would adjust the price of still (filtered) water to €1 per bottle, instead of €2 (annual replacement of "3" filters costs €80 for over 3,000 liters). Unfortunately, the bathrooms are now dated, and although clean, they are quite worn (I'm talking about the men's ones). Overall, a good restaurant worth visiting, and we know that excellent ingredients come at a cost. Congratulations to the owner "Keep it up".

Good classic veal with tuna sauce and decidedly high-quality panna cotta

We dined at this restaurant during the San Baudolino Fair. The house antipasto was very good, and the first courses were rabaton and agnolotti del plin, both excellent. It's a shame the broth was tasteless. The place is very clean and well-maintained. The cheese trolley has a wide selection, well done.
