Rarely eaten so well! Best cuisine on our circular hike in the Maira Valley. Regional dishes, carefully prepared, without any frills. Fresh ingredients from our own garden, very friendly, family atmosphere.

The local food was excellent, the lady being a professional guide, showed us all the attractions in the area!

Piccola trattoria abbarbicata ai piedi delle montagne in un piccolo villaggio da cartolina. Cucina ottima con portate giuste. Abbiamo mangiato due antipasti (insalata russa e insalata di pomodorini formaggio e olive), due ravioli, una polenta, un arrosto con insalata e due dolci. Tutto buonissimo. Prezzo non molto economico ma visto il contesto ci può stare. Simpaticissimi e gentilissimi sia lo chef Rolando che il cameriere Enrico che si è gentilmente prestato a fare da babysitter a nostro figlio che voleva aiutarlo a servire ai tavoli. Da ritornare assolutamente.

Chialvetta is an always enchanting village both in summer and winter, excellent and plentiful food, those who like game will find the right compromise for their palate here.
