We spent two nights there during a ski touring trip. The setting was magnificent, the welcome very friendly, the meals excellent with good Italian cuisine, the picnic very generous, and the shared bathroom very comfortable.

A welcoming restaurant. The owner, Rolando, is an excellent cook, his wife is knowledgeable about all the ski mountaineering routes in the area, and Gaia is incredibly kind with her smile. Excellent cuisine and very fair prices.

My husband and I from Genoa had dinner this evening here in this wonderful village and in this delightful mountain hut stop where time seems to have stopped, the chests, the wooden tables, the grandfather's chairs and the food... well, sublime, all genuine, home-made, super portions, reasonable prices, we will definitely return, thanks ❤️

02/03/2026: A charming, elegant trattoria with a small dining room and stunning location. Service is a bit patchy (visited on a weekday evening with friends; the waiter was a foreigner and inexperienced...). The dishes are good and well-presented, but the vegetarian selection is limited. Excellent wine selection with moderately high markups. Still, highly recommended, especially for couples and small groups. Prices are average for elegant trattorias in the Langhe.
