Every time we go to Ferrara it is a fixed stop. You eat very well, you pay the right amount but the difference is made by the owner Francesco who, even if you only meet once a year, welcomes you as if you were a regular customer who is always cheerful and never intrusive, a wonderful person. If you visit Ferrara you cannot miss going there also because it is a stone's throw from the historic center.

All very beautiful from the very rustic and romantic location
All the staff are really very good professionally and also very nice, they know how to put you at ease even by making jokes and this for me is the best.
Amazing food, it was the first time my partner and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks to the wonderful staff and we'll see you again soon

Qualità della cucina buona , ma purtroppo rispetto a qualche mese prima le porzioni sono state molto scarse, specialmente la tagliata alla senape antica che al prezzo di 20 euro era veramente poca rispetto ad altre tagliate che ho mangiato in altre trattorie, anche il dolce purtroppo non mi h soddisfatto molto peccato...

Consigliatissimo personale didponibilissomo gentile e simpatico noi abbiamo consumato cibi tipici ferraresi e devo dire ottimi fra l altro descritti sapientemente dalla storia alla preparazione
ottima esperienza al momento stro prossimo viaggio a Ferrara sarà tappa obbligatoria anche per l amore verso il nostro pelosetto

We decided to try this restaurant by chance, and we have never made a better choice. The cured meats are excellent, the best I tried in Ferrara, and the cappellacci with pumpkin and ragù are no different. Special mention for the staff: really good, helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back!!
