Osteria della Briga In Finale ligure

This place was recommended by local friends, and that alone speaks volumes about the quality of the food and the beauty of the place. We dined with family and friends, including children. Unfortunately, we arrived a little late, so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor spaces, which are truly beautifully landscaped. We were made to feel comfortable by the young staff (average age under 30, excellent!!!), who were friendly and knowledgeable. We savored the appetizers and their delicious bone-in meat. I recommend it and will definitely be back.

This Osteria was a great discovery; the location, the food, the value, and the service were all perfect. The waiters are always kind and friendly, and the dishes arrive very quickly after ordering. The chef deserves praise for his delicious tagliatelle with eggplant and the CBT egg, which were spectacular. The setting is perfect for a lovely evening out, and the tables under the portico or in the woods are truly enchanting. If I could, I'd give it 6 stars. Highly recommended!

I was at Osteria La Briga these evenings... it was a pleasant surprise... a charming place, traditional food, what can I say, everything was excellent... we were pampered by Federico, one of the waiters, who treated us like we were family, and this is something very important and appreciated... I will definitely be back...

This was our second time at La Briga. The osteria is beautifully situated and offers a wonderful atmosphere. The food and service were excellent again! However, there is one small criticism or comment regarding the service. The individual courses—antipasti, primi, and secondi—arrived very quickly, so there was hardly any time to rest between meals. I'm used to it differently in Italy. They could do better next time.

Highly recommended. The young, enthusiastic, and very friendly staff offer fresh, local food, refined cuisine, and a very natural atmosphere. Excellent vegan/vegetarian options.

Fantastic experience. I loved everything. Ample parking, Very beautiful location with the option to eat inside or on the large lawn with tables set among the trees. Helpful and polite staff. The menu offers a good (not too extensive but not meager) selection of dishes, including vegan options. I had a mixed appetizer and a grilled dish. My daughters shared a plate of gnocchi with pesto. I enjoyed everything I ate and tasted, and I appreciated that the kitchen had thought and studied ways to enhance the flavors even more. For example: they added toasted pine nuts to the gnocchi. In the grilled dish, even the vegetables accompanying the meat were seasoned perfectly to balance the flavors of the sausage, chicken, or lamb. Overall, it was truly a fantastic experience. Thanks to all the staff. I will definitely be back.

A true gem on the hills of Finale! 🌿 The location is enchanting and offers a cool, pleasant climate (22 degrees Celsius, compared to the 29 degrees Celsius of the sea below). The welcome was warm and meticulous, making us feel immediately at ease. The cuisine is surprising for its quality and generous portions: each dish exudes passion and attention to detail. The wine list is extensive and well-chosen; we received excellent advice and discovered a truly memorable Verdon wine. A place to return to: the experience here leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommended, you won't regret it! 🍷✨

Pranzo di domenica. Locale affollato, ma servizio comunque rapido attento e gentile. Una ottima varietà di vini. Menu con alcuni piatti particolari. Porzioni abbondanti ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
