It was a pleasant surprise, a beautiful atmosphere, even though it was full of people you didn't notice it and we enjoyed an excellent dinner under the trees among lights and candles
Very professional and kind staff, excellent food. Unfortunately I wasn't able to eat the dessert that the rest of the company really enjoyed, I was already stuffed 😂

The tavern is located a few kilometers from the sea, surrounded by greenery in a very beautiful natural context. The Christmas atmosphere made the experience even more special.
The cuisine is of great quality, we appreciated every dish, prepared with care and with seasonal ingredients. There were 6 of us and we tried a bit of everything: the ossobuco was really delicious, as was the CBT egg with parmesan and truffle foam (a great dish, tasty and very generous for an appetizer). The ravioli to the touch are divine, abundant and well balanced. Rolled ravioli is really fun to eat, with a great balance of flavors. The grilled meats are very soft, among all the second courses in our opinion the braised meat won - we competed to make the shoe! The desserts are also worthy of note, the tiramisu and the caramel bunet particularly impressed us.
A great added value is the surprising wine list. It offers a truly wide and refined selection, with particular attention to niche micro-productions. On the menu there are really interesting and uncommon labels at honest prices. You can see that there is great passion and competence in the selection.
The quality-price ratio is excellent, considering the location, the high quality of the food and, above all, the exceptional wine offering.
We will definitely be back!!

Era da tempo che volevo provare questo posto ma non trovavo mai disponibilità e ora ho compreso il motivo. Tutto molto buono il servizio è veloce e il personale cordiale e professionale nonostante la giovane età. Siamo venuti gennaio 2025. Abbiamo provato gli antipasti misti (ottimo il vitello tonnato) e l’uovo CBT, squisito.
Buonissimi i pansotti ai funghi e i ravioli tocco (anche se forse troppo saporiti), buono anche il galletto con le verdure. Porzioni molto generose. I dolci tutti perfetti!!

Excellent experience at Osteria La Briga! The meat is delicious, accompanied by an excellent selection of wines. The staff, trained and friendly, know how to give the best advice and are quick and attentive. Welcoming and informal environment, with a truly excellent quality-price ratio. Even though it's outside the centre, it's absolutely worth the trip.

Festeggiamo S.Chiara e proviamo questo ristorante di cui abbiamo ricordi molto lontani (pre figli).
Molto cambiato, in meglio, nel senso che ottiene un buon mix tra il rurale, dato che i tavoli sono distribuiti nelle fasce sotto gli alberi, e il ricercato dato che il menù è molto interessante.
Abbiamo preso 4 antipasti della casa che hanno dato un assaggio di vari sapori tipici, ben fatto.
Poi abbiamo optato per 4 primi, uno al ragù di cervo, due con tartufo nero e dei ravioli con le melanzane, tutti davvero saporiti e ben fatti.
Abbiamo accompagnato con delle bollicine rosè del basso Piemonte, anche la cantina era parecchio interessante, con una buona scelta anche estera per gli amanti del genere.
Ottima scelta, da ripetersi per provare la carne alla griglia...
