This tavern on the hills above Spotorno, near Voze, serves mainly meat-based cuisine. It's a very rustic setting surrounded by greenery. The food is average, and the wine is only available by the bottle. A good wine list. The quality/price ratio could be better. Overall, a pleasant, convivial day spent with friends. A child-friendly place.

The interior is pleasant and welcoming. The pumpkin is good in all three consistencies. The onion soup could be improved because it's too heavy, and the croutons are preferable to that topping. The cockerel is good. For the grilled vegetables, I suggest cooking the broccoli and cauliflower more. The desserts could be improved.

What a lovely atmosphere! Every time I go, I can only give it 5 stars.
Meat lovers, you're in the right place, but vegans are welcome too! They offer vegetarian and vegan options.
The food is sublime, from appetizers, first courses, main courses, and desserts.
It may seem strange, but I eat vegetables like nowhere else!

Osteria Le Briga is a Wonderful farm to table restaurant in the hills behind Finale Ligure. Be prepared for the narrow one lane road going up and down but it is too busy. Atlas tour took us there for dinner which was amazing and they are good at juggling large groups of people. We had a mixed plate of appetizers, followed by rabbit 🐇 and beef ragu, mixed grill meat (boar, chicken, vegetables, etc) and dessert all of which was delicious. Excellent and friendly service.

We had dinner for two.
The grilled vegetables were particularly rich and fresh. For the first course, pumpkin pansotti and ravioli al tocco. Everything was delicious. Finally, two desserts: Bunet and salted caramel, an autumn biscuit served with warm zabaglione. The pastries were divine. We had the pleasure of meeting the pastry chef, a kind, helpful, and truly professional person.
I thank them and hope to return soon.

This place was recommended by local friends, and that alone speaks volumes about the quality of the food and the beauty of the place. We dined with family and friends, including children. Unfortunately, we arrived a little late, so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor spaces, which are truly beautifully landscaped. We were made to feel comfortable by the young staff (average age under 30, excellent!!!), who were friendly and knowledgeable. We savored the appetizers and their delicious bone-in meat. I recommend it and will definitely be back.
