A real, good-natured trattoria from times gone by, with simple, plentiful and excellent food. Few dishes, steak at the top. Well done Marco!

I'm Japanese! I went to this restaurant because I was staying at a nearby hotel. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff are very friendly, and they even speak a little Japanese ^ ^ I ordered steak and potatoes, and both were delicious!! ︎

Wow! What an amazing place to find near the heart of "airport hotels"! For anyone looking for authentic bistecca alla Fiorentina and other fine Italian delicacies, this is the place! Piero is a welcoming host, offering fine recommendations from his restaurant's menu. We had the bistecca (best we've had) and the amazing osso bucco. The house chianti was fabuloso! Save room for the house made tiarimisu! Thank you Piero, Mario and team! We'll be back! Soon!

22/03/2025: We spent 5 days in Florence and nowhere else did we enjoy it as much as we did here! The food tastes fantastic and Matteo does a great job. An absolute recommendation from us.
09/03/2025: Unfortunately we happened upon an evening with live music with a volume which in my opinion was inappropriate. I don't know what other evenings might be like, but in our experience we had the impression that the manager paid more attention to the music than to the food.
