Highly recommended. Just steps from Piazza del Popolo, on a secluded street between the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, we wanted to try typical Roman dishes after a busy day, and we found Osteria del Tempo Perso Oca.
A delicious cacio e pepe, not to mention the scottadito, cooked and flavored spectacularly. The pizza was also very good.
The knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating staff, pleasant but not intrusive, made our evening even more enjoyable.
The restaurant, rustic in the best sense of the word, was clean and welcoming. Photos of famous people who have stopped by over the years to enjoy their cuisine were displayed but not overstated.

Without a doubt, the best restaurant we've been to in five days in Rome.
Patricio and Gerardo's service was amazing. Patricio speaks perfect Spanish, which is appreciated when it comes to recommendations. The food was spectacular, the pasta was tastefully made using amazing ingredients, the portions were perfect, and the flavors were amazing. The service was top-notch, and the restaurant was super cute and cool. Definitely a top-notch place.

Une très bonne table située à proximité de la piazza del Popolo. N'hésitez pas à vous écarter de cette place lorsqu'elle a trop de monde et marcher quelques 200 ou 300 mètres pour trouver ce restaurant.
L'accueil et le service y sont très professionnels.
Les plats sont excellents et goûteux.

Hosteria molto semplice nella tradizione romana ma con piatti veramente molto buoni tonnarelli fatti in casa al Cacio e Pepe era lunga veramente spettacolare molto simpatico e disponibile servizio veloce presso adeguato direi assolutamente consigliato
