My husband and I ate there for lunch a few days ago and I have to say that the place is very nice and the food is good, but the prices are exaggerated for what we got.

Being located in a mountain place you think you will find only meat-based dishes and instead no: I ordered a first and second course based on fish. The result? Exceptional, everything really excellent. The owner, Mr. Michele, an exquisite person as well as all the staff. Fair prices for the quality offered.

Buon ristorante. Diverse sale confortevoli, sia carne che pesce, servizio dinamico, prezzi alla mano, parcheggio in loco. Bere notevole da varie cantine, ottimi super alcolici vasta scelta. Struttura molto consigliata. Maggio 2025.

Very friendly staff and excellent quality food. Very welcoming and well organised. Fairly fast service. Well cooked and laid out dishes with a touch of class. Another tip is to try the EXCELLENT Francesco pizza. Too bad it's a little far from Gallipoli... otherwise I'd go back every Saturday.

Always a nice place, never a disappointment. Good, very friendly and welcoming environment. The food was also excellent, good fish and... really good troccoli with clams. I come back often because of the goodness of the food and the kindness of the owner.

26/05/2025: Entrare alla Cometa significa entrare in un ambiente familiare, accogliente, genuino. Il servizio è veloce e le pizze sono squisite. I proprietari, sempre sorridenti, mettono particolare attenzione sul servizio. Un piacere trovare rifugio alla Cometa ogni volta.
