Typical tavern, but with that touch of class that makes you feel at home and at the same time in an elite environment. Francesco and Catia are two excellent hosts, they put you at ease, while with traditional dishes and glasses of wine they take you into their culinary world accompanied by an expert explanation of everything that is offered to you. Excellent pizza!

Good quality food, good choice of Calabrian wines. Few tables with a welcoming environment. In our opinion, the lady who is passionate and competent in oenology should limit the taste-olfactory description of the wines and leave more space for the customer's sensations. An exhausting wait, which compromised the success of the evening. Dinner lasted more than two hours for an appetizer and a first course. The inconvenience could happen in the kitchen, but no one from the restaurant apologized to us or did anything to fix it.

I was there a month ago, definitely a must for anyone passing by Mormanno. In addition to the impeccable dishes, especially lentils and cod, you won't get bored in the restaurant. The owner describes and praises the dishes to choose from, stimulating the palate while the meticulous waiter with seventies sideburns seems to have stepped out of the set of a Tarantino film. The tavern in the alley is a pleasant place to eat. The peculiarity of the place is offered by Catia who with experience and professionalism recommends the most suitable wine for the dishes on the menu. The added value instead comes from the excellent dishes proposed by chef Francesco (indisputable resemblance to Hugh Grent). The dishes are all typical and zero kilometer. Fair price, two of us spent €68 for a good house starter, two second courses and a bottle of excellent Magliocco. Advised

Eravamo di passaggio a Mormanno, e abbiamo voluto provare questo locale spinti anche dalle recensioni brillanti. È stato un viaggio fantastico tra storie del territorio e sapori, guidati dalla sapiente narrazione della sommelier che ci ha ammaliati con i suoi racconti. Piatti eccezionali abbinati ad un vino perfetto. Consigliatissimo.
