Ritornare in questo bel forte medievale dopo il cambio di gestione mi ha lasciato piacevolmente sorpreso. Innanzitutto uno stupefacente restauro degli ambienti ed una nuova organizzazione degli ambienti. E soprattutto il cibo, protagoniste sono le eccellenze locali come già in precedenza, ma ancora più nobilitate e ricercate. Gli affettati (mortadella e culaccia sopra tutti) basterebbero a saziare gli appetiti più esigenti. Poi se siete anche golosi non perdetevi i plin d'anatra arrosto. Vogliamo poi parlare della carne o dei dolci..? Eccellente!

Atmosfera deliziosa, locale da scoprire in tutti i suoi particolari Cibo eccellente con piatti magistrali Abbiamo preso il menu degustazione, godendo di un viaggio tra piatti della tradizione rivisitati in modo creativo e originale m rispettoso, alternati a piatti innovativi realmente indovinati. Da segnalare Cappasanta con broccoli sala olà Dea e e tartufo nero: equilibrata e indimenticabile Erbazzome: magistrale Midollo tonnato e tartare con caviale: esperienza fantastica Ganassini: delicatissimi Carrello dei formaggi; super, da segnalare la preparazione della maitre a fromage Piccola pasticceria molto buona Cantina notevole Lo chef sa cogliere l essenza e propone piatti che esaltano ingredienti e ricette della tradizione emiliana, rivisitati con freschezza di idee dalla grande creatività. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca uno stellato nuovo

Location 10, a marvel... Service 10, kind and friendly... Tasting menu and 10 dishes, all unique and special with perfect combinations... The only flaw was that they offered us 2 glasses of wine as an aperitif, revealing that it was a high level Champagne but not revealing (in my opinion the right thing in certain cases, unless there is Briatore in front or an expert sommelier) that 1 glass cost 70 €, half of an entire tasting menu with 9 courses costing €130, the ratio is worth it...and if I had known the cost of the glass I would have changed my choice...not being too much of a wine connoisseur but just passionate, I wouldn't have expected such a high cost... But then again, apart from this place which truly deserves the star it has...

The traveler's path is truly a tortuous and uphill or downhill path, depending on your point of view. To start, discreet dishes with always an acidic component that may not please everyone... but these are tastes. Arrived at Ganassino, meat reduced to the limit, where the truffle is visible and barely perceptible, covered by the usual acidic "saba" part. Not balanced. Cappelletti by Maria Pia No comment! Wines served by the glass liked a couple the others 14, 15 and a half degrees on a terrace where you take the sauna. Good but impractical with these temperatures. Ice cream not received. I recommend a dessert that leaves a sweet taste in your mouth. The bitterness is the price. Not in line with he offers it. In my opinion, the Wanderer still has a long way to go, at least according to my expectations.

Truly impeccable service that makes you feel at ease, even though you are in a starred restaurant. As well as the location: the cellar on the ground floor is notable.

Without a doubt a place worth visiting...a starred one but which preserves tradition...starting from a formal but not too formal welcome...well-prepared dishes with unique flavours...very nice place...in key ancient but not excessively sumptuous...a beautiful evening for a place where we will certainly return...

23/11/2024: Historic restaurant located in the province of Reggio Emilia. Relaxing and elegant environment. The food was all excellent. A very good cut of beef, as well as fillet. Homemade cappelletti with a fabulous capon broth. A delicate and truly very good fish first course. Homemade sweets to finish. Advised

17/08/2024: We went for lunch on the occasion of the Parmesan festival. Simple place with seats inside and outside... excellent quality raw material, the times were a bit long, there were a lot of people sitting. Here for the first time in my life I managed to eat the tartare The value for money is there everything we tasted was good to our taste We will return if we are in the area
11/08/2024: Particular local butcher's shop... we had two very good cuts with a side dish... we ate really well... with a great welcome
