Service 10, kind and friendly...
Tasting menu and 10 dishes, all unique and special with perfect combinations...
The only flaw was that they offered us 2 glasses of wine as an aperitif, revealing that it was a high level Champagne but not revealing (in my opinion the right thing in certain cases, unless there is Briatore in front or an expert sommelier) that 1 glass cost 70 €, half of an entire tasting menu with 9 courses costing €130, the ratio is worth it...and if I had known the cost of the glass I would have changed my choice...not being too much of a wine connoisseur but just passionate, I wouldn't have expected such a high cost...
But then again, apart from this place which truly deserves the star it has...

The traveler's path is truly a tortuous and uphill or downhill path, depending on your point of view. To start, discreet dishes with always an acidic component that may not please everyone... but these are tastes. Arrived at Ganassino, meat reduced to the limit, where the truffle is visible and barely perceptible, covered by the usual acidic "saba" part. Not balanced.

Wines served by the glass liked a couple the others 14, 15 and a half degrees on a terrace where you take the sauna. Good but impractical with these temperatures. Ice cream not received.
I recommend a dessert that leaves a sweet taste in your mouth.
The bitterness is the price. Not in line with
he offers it.
In my opinion, the Wanderer still has a long way to go, at least according to my expectations.

Truly impeccable service that makes you feel at ease, even though you are in a starred restaurant.
As well as the location: the cellar on the ground floor is notable.

Without a doubt a place worth visiting...a starred one but which preserves tradition...starting from a formal but not too formal welcome...well-prepared dishes with unique flavours...very nice place...in key ancient but not excessively sumptuous...a beautiful evening for a place where we will certainly return...

Dobbiamo esser sinceri: volevamo andare da Arnaldo, il ristorante parimenti stellato dirimpettaio, ma non avevano posto e quindi siamo rimbalzati al Viandante e in tutta franchezza dobbiamo ammettere che dal problema è nata una bella opportunità. Indubbiamente è un locale di ottimo livello, collocato in un Forte al centro della piazza di Rubiera. Si presenta con la grande professionalità del personale, a cominciare dall'accoglienza al termine del maestoso salone, ma sono poi i piatti a lasciare esterrefatti. Un fantastico midollo alla brace preparato e servito con grande cura per iniziare, poi un burroso prosciutto di Parma - Sant'Ilario - di 72 mesi, e infine un cantarelliano savarin di riso con lingua salmistrata (un poco troppo saporito, sarà stato il parmigiano!). Tutto davvero eccellente. E che dire della cantina dei vini, presentata con un tomo alto almeno 10 cm con 10mila proposte! Conto a misura del ristorante.

Amici della zona mi hanno invitato per una cena di affari in questo ristorante molto bello. Che dire ? Ero ospite e hanno fatto tutto loro ma davvero luogo stupendo e cena fantastica. Ritornerò appena possibile. Complimenti. 👌

I finally came to this restaurant that I had had in my sights for a while. Great location and service from the professional, unaffected and engaging wait staff.
Encyclopedic wine list with little gems to look for between the lines
From the kitchen Jacopo with his staff does not disappoint, the flights of fancy are limited and the feet are firmly planted on the ground
It's a place I will want to visit again and assimilate further.
The Emilian concreteness can be felt and seen.
I recommend it to those who are approaching star cuisine... here they find an excellent springboard.

Everything in its place... you will find kindness and professionalism in the service. Quality and substance, well done! The rooms created inside the fortress are sufficiently intimate.
The environment is well looked after as is the massai
pay attention to the dishes prepared by chef Jacopo Malpeli.
Interesting cellar where I found some memories of gypsies among Italian and foreign winemakers.
