Very positive experience and great service. For my taste, the internal room should absolutely be avoided, as it is suffocating and noisy, compared to the external tables overlooking Vettore! Truffle as if it were raining! Granted, it's summer scorzone and therefore not very tasty, but you'll indulge in it. Among the appetizers there was a scrambled egg with truffle, I must say among the best I have ever eaten, at the right point of cooking and rich in truffles.

Breathtaking panorama. It's worth it just to relax with a glass of good wine 🍷 and admire these places that Mother Nature gives us!!!!!

Beautiful view and super friendly and helpful staff! What can we say about the dishes! Exceptional first courses and wonderful kebabs! We took 2 ricotta-based desserts and they drove us crazy!❤️ We will definitely be back ☺️

In addition to the delicious food, a wonderful view of the Vettore with beautiful fresh air even in August. I highly recommend the truffled egg and the farecchiata.

Arriving there by bike from Norcia and finding quality, courtesy, friendliness and good food recharged me after the many kilometers of climbing. The place was recommended to us by Mauro, the owner of the French B&B in Norcia where we stayed overnight.

Posticino curato, caldo, accogliente e tranquillo. Staff gentile e invisibile (sono molto silenziosi) ma sempre dietro l’angolo per ogni necessità. Cibo fresco, sa di casa. Molto buono e giustissimo nelle quantità e nel prezzo. Anche il caffè era squisito 😁 Il panorama davvero stupendo. Andateci!

La Prosciutteria Perugia

13/08/2024: Wow, we enjoyed this place so much! What a beautiful place and a pearl in Perugia. I was here with my family. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. We sat inside, downstairs in the cool cellar, where the hams and sausages hang to dry from the ceiling. A great and cozy place with many Italians at the tables around us. We ordered the tagliere gourmet for two people and two schiacciata. We both first chose a glass of prosecco and later a prosecco and an Aperol spritz. We enjoyed the delicious fresh meats, cheeses, bread and fruit on two beautiful shelves full. The prosecco also paired fantastically. We had such a nice evening with you. When we are back in the cold Netherlands and we think of the Dolce Vita in Italy, we have a beautiful memory and we also think of beautiful Umbria and Perugia and your prosciutteria in particular! Thank you very much for this beautiful experience and fantastic evening! You should definitely not miss this place when you are in Perugia! Highly recommended! I made some great pictures of the food, but for some reason Google doesn't allow me to post them.. :-/
