The location is nice, but the food is EXCELLENT. We ordered the starter, gnocchi alla norcina with truffle, beef fillet, and berry tart. Everything was EXCELLENT. The starter could have been a little more generous, but you can tell all the ingredients are local and high-quality. The gnocchi were supreme. Delicious. The beef fillet melted in your mouth, even though it was 200 grams. It's a shame, because it was so worth it. The homemade dessert was very good. Highly recommended. Despite seeming like a tourist trap, the food is decent.

I've been several times and the quality is consistently high. Excellent dishes, many featuring truffles. During the Nero Pregiato season, you can substitute the scorzone for an additional €10 per dish—a bit excessive, but the taste is satisfying.

One of the restaurants that symbolizes the desire to rebuild, despite the extensive damage caused by the earthquake. Delicious, traditional food. A breathtaking view of the entire Castelluccio plain.

03/03/2026: When there's no free table inside, you can sit outside, sheltered by a veranda, and you'll be treated with all the attention. A restaurant with a good menu, combining pleasant flavors and traditional local flavors, and a good red wine that warms your stomach and helps you absorb the dishes served. The service is polite, courteous, and efficient, the bill is fair. Well done, we'll definitely return to try the witch's soup.
22/02/2026: Yesterday we had lunch at this trattoria; we couldn't have made a better choice! For starters, a lovely platter of game cured meats, each one better than the last. The bruschetta with pecorino cheese, honey, and coffee was a wonderful surprise! The first courses were truly magical: the wild boar ragù was truly fantastic, and the maltagliati with porcini mushrooms and sausage was a real treat! For the main course, a pork stew with wine that melted in your mouth. Kudos to all the staff, and a special thank you from our dog, too.
