I'm giving it 5 stars even though the service needs a bit of work. We waited over half an hour for the wine list despite having asked for it twice, and on the third occasion I got up and went to the bar to ask for it, but I still had to wait for it. In the end, the appetizer arrived before the wine list. However, the quality of the food is excellent; the dishes were exquisite, the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, and the kindness and friendliness of the staff deserves 5 stars. I'll definitely be back, hoping to have a drink first. :)

Intrigued by the excellent reviews, I decided to try this little place hidden in a Pisa alley. What can I say?! The location is truly welcoming, and the staff is impeccable, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The menu is incredibly interesting, varied, and anything but predictable. Finally, some dishes that are out of the ordinary, with new and bold flavors. Truly an unexpected surprise in the center of Pisa. I can't wait to go back to try the rest of the menu!

Osteria del Tumi has become our absolute go-to. Ever since we discovered it, it's been our favorite restaurant: we return often, both to celebrate special occasions and to treat ourselves to unique and delicious dinners. The menu is truly delicious in every way, and the service is impeccable, always attentive to our every need. Special mention goes to the wine list, refined and full of incredible surprises. The most surprising thing is that every time we leave, we think, "Wow, they've achieved perfection." Yet, the next time we return, we're consistently proven wrong: there's always a small detail or extra attention that manages to further enhance our impression of the place. Congratulations to the entire staff, you always make us feel at home, thank you!

The service, atmosphere, and food are all superb! This is Italy's #1 restaurant!!! Including Rome and Florence, I think this is the best place for me👍🏻 If I could spend another day in Pisa, I'd love to come here again and try a variety of dishes~~
