Found by chance, a nice culinary surprise! Dishes that blend South American and Tuscan cuisine perfectly with flavors that satisfy the palate. Must try the lomo and the tapas starter!

We stumbled across Tumi and were able to get the last available table. The ladies running the show ran a 'tight ship' as I told them. They were professional, funny and helpful - a great team. Having just been on a walking (drinking and eating) tour around Tuscany we had no great expectations, but the food was absolutely delicious: the best we'd had in Tuscany. Wonderful Sushi amuse-bouche to kick things off. My Paella was unusual and better than any I'd had in Spain. My wife's steak cooked to perfection. We were too full for pudding - but not for their version of Grappa!
A delight to find this enterprising place and joyful people.

Table for 8 people, all of whom were very satisfied. Excellent food in presentation and flavours, served accompanied by an exhaustive explanation by the highly trained staff, ready to meet the different dietary needs of all diners. The typical flavors of Peru are found in all the recipes, enhanced by the freshest and excellent quality raw materials. A plus for the friendliness of the dining room staff and the chef.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. :)

Experience to be redone!
Despite being late they served us professionally and with due attention, the girl in the room who served us was impressively kind.
Excellent food; The Tuscan and South American fusion is absolutely worth tasting: definitely interesting and pleasant!
Simple and modern environment. However, I would recommend changing musical genres every now and then.

Di passaggio a Pisa con un'altra coppia di amici, abbiamo trovato questo locale.
Piatti classici toscani con qualche variante Peruviana ( lo Chef proviene da lì).
ottimi piatti, ben presentati, i ragazzi in sala cordiali e simpatici. Prezzi calmierati per quello che si mangia. Buona la carta dei vini.

Piccolo ristorante dove si incontra una cucina peruviana raffinata.
Piatti elaborati e presentati in maniera eccellente. Davvero una esperienza alternativa rispetto alla tradizionale cucina toscana presente a Pisa. Il personale è attento e gentile, disponibile per ogni spiegazione per piatti decisamente nuovi. Complimenti!
