The food wasn't bad, but the waiters acted familiar and disrespectful, ignoring us and not taking our order until we started yelling to get attention. And one waiter even allowed himself to push me out of the way even though I was just standing there waiting to be given a table!

The food was exceptional, with all the traditional dishes prepared to perfection: from carbonara to amatriciana, up to penne all'arrabbiata. The atmosphere was welcoming, made even more special by the staff, friendly and attentive to every detail. An authentic experience that we recommend to anyone who wants to savor true Roman cuisine in a family environment. We will definitely be back! Greetings from Turin!

The food and place are excellent. But I highlight the unbeatable service. They helped us with several problems that I had with my family when I arrived in Rome for a visit, in a selfless way and with exquisite tact. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy a tremendous trip that started off on a very bad foot. Forever grateful to them.

01/04/2025: Encontré esta trattoria caminando al azar. Mucho más grande de lo que parece desde fuera. Lo primero que ves al entrar es el enorme horno de leña, luego notas el olor a pan fresco y carnes asadas. Estoy babeando mientras escribo esto. La primera vez que fuimos comimos la carbonara ('spaggo carbo' como dijo el camarero) ensalada y tiramisú, copa de vermentino. Excelente, y no caro. La segunda vez que fuimos, no tenían mesa disponible, inevitable con buenos restaurantes. La tercera vez, tuvimos carbonara de nuevo (mi paso - hijo) y yo tuve la papardela con ragu de venado. Golpeando. Frente a nosotros estaba la enorme mesa con la pata de jamón serano y todos los vinos locales. Dueño manejando el horno de leña, su esposa en la cocina, sus hijos esperando. El lugar estaba zumbando y no me sorprende. La mejor comida que he probado en Roma.
