Excellent experience... Daniela, the waitress, was truly professional. She pampered us and gave us excellent advice. We ate calamarata with grouper ragù and meatballs... and the fried artichokes and calamari... the apple pie was amazing... compliments to the kitchen... the dry Zibibbo wine recommended by Daniela was exceptional... well done!

We spent New Year's Eve vacation in Trapani, Favignana, and Marsala. The restaurant is in the center of Favignana, intimate and well-maintained. We ate fresh fish, and the service was quick and attentive. Excellent value.

Delicious dishes and excellent service on one of Italy's most beautiful islands. Highly recommended; the pasta dishes are excellent, and the parmigiana is fabulous.

Touch of the osteria. Welcoming. Very friendly staff, quality food, and... Cinema makes you feel at home. I recommend it.

The waitress was very nice and quick. The tuna busiata was mouth-watering. Cous cous with fried calamari was both delicious. A warm heart with a delicious custard. Apple pie like grandma used to make ❣️ €6 for a good glass of white wine (the bottle was opened in front of us). €3 for the paper cover. The setting of this wonderful location is worth the stop...

In the heart of Favignana, in the most populated area after dark, Osteria del Sotto Sale offers traditional dishes prepared simply and unpretentiously. A few off-menu items are available in addition to the à la carte menu.

In short: expensive, tasty (but salty), and the staff not very friendly. The seafood pasta was good; they could have offered a plate to put the shells away, as they took up more than half the dish. Still, it was filling. My child, who doesn't like seafood, was pleased with the tuna with potatoes; it was tender and cooked just right. The couscous with squid is another neutral dish for those who aren't big fans. It's couscous in a fish broth, the squid is breaded, not rubbery, and the taste isn't stinky. The white fish spaghetti was disappointing – it felt like they'd just added canned fish, with tiny fibers; I expected fillet pieces. For some reason, the staff seemed displeased. When I called them over (politely), they looked at me, nodded, but didn't come over. They weren't in the mood to offer advice or explain the menu. They served a jug of broth without explaining what it was for. I wanted to have dessert, but I had a strong feeling it was better not to say more than a few words to them, so we went somewhere else. I asked for hot water in a glass twice, but they finally brought it at room temperature. It was prepared quickly; we didn't reserve in advance, so we waited for a table outside for five people.

Lovely little place, with a lovely atmosphere and very attentive service. <3
