We were surprised by such a quality site in such a tourist area. The quality of the dishes is exceptional and we also appreciated the courteous treatment, in which we were invited to some bruschetta with tomato courtesy of the house. The spaghetti carbonara was the best we tried in Rome, as was the veal which tasted incredible. The quality of the raw materials of this restaurant is undoubtedly worthy of mention, as is the very correct execution. The service was 10. Highly recommended.

A warm and welcoming place where the friendliness and know-how of the staff makes the experience of a lunch or dinner even more pleasant. True Roman cuisine celebrated starting from high quality raw materials. Correct prices and waiters who know their stuff, friendly and worthy of a tip. Advised!

A classic of Roman cuisine. You can't go wrong with them. Excellent carbonara. A few small inaccuracies on some seconds but I will absolutely go back and recommend it. Trained and friendly staff.

Carbonara da urlo. Servizio da 10: Umberto che piacevole persona. Titolare Marco gagliardo. Vini al calice ottimi. Se di stagione provare le puntarelle. Ripeto carbonara meravigliosa. Ambiente carino ed inimitabile. Adatto a pranzo per lavoro e a cena per serata in relax.

Visitamos este restaurante para el almuerzo en nuestro primer día por recomendación de nuestro gerente del hotel Daniele de The Roman Way Opera Hotel que está a la vuelta de la esquina. Fue tarareante y lleno, así que esperamos, pero el personal servicial y amable pronto preparó una mesa exterior para nosotros. Luego comenzó a llover y rápidamente nos trasladaron a una mesa exterior protegida a pesar de que la gente hacía cola para entrar. La comida era de primera clase al igual que el vino - y todo por un gran precio. Volveremos esta noche para nuestra última cena antes de partir mañana por la mañana.
