Small but very cute and welcoming. Right in the city center, right across from the Santa Giulia Museum. Prices are reasonable. I just wish the semifreddo was a little larger. Anyway, it's excellent and I recommend it!

I haven't remembered eating so well in months. The fillet melted in my mouth, and the simple baked potatoes were magical. A charming place and truly wonderful staff. A wonderful owner accompanied us throughout the evening, always attentive. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

At Osteria del Savio, I found authentic and carefully prepared cuisine, with dishes that truly showcase local ingredients. The whole wheat tagliatelle with Bagòss cheese on a cream of Roman cabbage and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms are rich in flavor, but perhaps the pasta was a little too al dente. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service attentive, and the details make the difference. Parking isn't the easiest, but it's absolutely worth it. The prices are fair for the quality offered. A place where you can feel the passion for good food, highly recommended.

The food was very good, congratulations... but the service could be better. We're foreigners and we heard some inappropriate comments like "we came to create chaos" because there were four adults and a child at a table for four. The problem was that they couldn't comfortably wait for more than four people, but I don't think it's the customers' responsibility to choose where to sit and then find out it was a problem for the waitress (who had told us to sit there if we wanted). Also, since our Italian wasn't perfect, we were treated a bit aggressively when we later discovered that the waitress spoke English and a little of our language, so we could have spoken in another language from the start if we annoyed them with our Italian. However, once we were finally seated, she was more polite and even gave the expensive dishes to the child. We ate well.

Everything was excellent, the food, the hospitality and the atmosphere.
