Returning to Osteria del Savio is always a pleasant rediscovery. I had been away from this characteristic place for a couple of years, located in the heart of the monumental area of ​​Brescia (between the Capitolium, Santa Giulia and San Cristo, at the foot of one of the many climbs to the Castle), and I found the usual warm quality, if not even an improvement. Among the truly exceptional first courses are the pici with taleggio cheese, pumpkin and leeks: a delicate and balanced interplay of contrasting flavours. The meats are also very good, offered in various recipes. Welcoming and punctual service, friendly and warm without being intrusive. The wine list is well stocked. Price in line with the quality of the products and the area. Advised!

Nice restaurant in the historic center of Brescia. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed without being pretentious. I really appreciated the first and second courses of meat. The desserts can be improved but overall the food is very good. I'll be back!

Posto davvero carino. Piccolo e intimo, quindi anche poco rumore di fondo e si riesce ad avere una conversazione ad un tono di voce accettabile. Menù ristretto il che porta ad avere una grande cura per ogni ricetta. Antipasto abbondante e vario, primi ottimi. Non abbiamo avuto modi di provare i secondi ma dal menù le scelte erano invitanti. La proprietaria è simpaticissima e molto alla mano. Per l'alta qualità che abbiamo trovato il conto è stato più che giusto. Super consigliato per coppie o gruppi non troppo numerosi
