A really lovely, authentic and legendary restaurant in the middle of the city centre of Trieste. Really friendly service and amazing fresh fish, really great starters and wonderful wine.

Tiny place, a little hidden and noisy as a real tavern should be. Welcoming, with a service made up of only very young people, a very good chef and good wines. Less than 50 euros for two.

La comida era muy agradable y recomendaría los Moscardini en Umido su Schiaccia (pulpo hervido con patatas). No grandes porciones, pero sabroso. Bastante caro, pero a la par con la mayoría de los restaurantes de Trieste. No hay menú afuera para navegar antes de sentarse, así que necesito preguntar al miembro del personal. Coperto es € 1. 50 (precio mostrado en el menú).

Authentic, simple in a good way, tasteful. Will visit again. Fried baccalà and breaded sardoni are top choices, they employed high quality fish.

Bonito ambiente, precios un poco altos para lo que se obtiene - los espaguetis con le vongole se obtiene una buena porción de vongole - pero el plato se estropeó un poco por la salsa que era demasiado ajo, pero sill un plato razonable. Moscardini con patatas de nuevo no está mal, pero tenía mejor.

13/02/2025: There are no words to describe this bakery I've been going there for more than 20 years... Truly top of the range bread with a huge choice. The quality is excellent. The desserts are really delicious... The coffee is very good. The staff is really very kind and absolutely always available and patient with everyone. Thank you Thank you
09/02/2025: Excellent products that never disappoint. Among which I recommend, for example, the always quality pastries and the potato gnocchi. Then they also make excellent sandwiches for lunch breaks and focaccia.
