Very rustic location, as soon as you enter on the left there is the very well-stocked delicatessen counter, we ate very good typical Tuscan cuisine.

We ate well and paid the right price. The bathroom was clean and the staff were very friendly. Easy parking nearby, just a few minutes from the highway.

Authentic Tuscan restaurant the pasta especially was amazing. The staff made us feel welcome as tourists but it was mainly locals which is a good sign. Highly recommend

Feels like local to eat here. We went in about 7 pm and was asked if we would like to sit in their garden. We did and it was amazing, especially with kid. The old man serving us is very friendly and very understanding with kids, offering children seat, bib, and sometimes interact with our kid. I ordered rabbit and it was very tasty. By 8 pm we finished eating. It's ideal for us.

A very friendly little local tavern. You'll enter a small shop to access the restaurant in the back. You can choose between the outdoor terrace or stay inside. Food-wise, we had a very good meal there, with gluten-free options available for those who prefer. The terrace was very nice and the prices very reasonable. I recommend it if you're passing through the area.

This is truly a gem if you are into local cuisine. Super tasty food… their ragu is exceptional when we have been there. Remember to look at the many nice pictures and photographs.

04/07/2025: We had the best gelato in Florence here, and we tried several, but always came back here. We stayed above another gelato place that's close, that had long lines at all times, and while that one was good as well, we always passed it by and came here cause this one was MUCH better, and no lines. So a double win.

09/12/2025: Already intrigued by the kind words and, above all, the inviting photos I saw on Google, I decided to dive into this avalanche of flavors. The two gentlemen running the cart, dynamic and easygoing, deftly move between sandwiches, plates, and succulent lampredotto. The menu selection is vast, branching out into sandwiches and baskets, best accompanied by a generous slice of bread. The lampredotto sandwich, su maestà, complete or with salt and pepper, salsa verde, or spicy sauce, is the star. The lamb's stomach, framed by a rosette soaked in meat broth, is crispy yet tender on the palate. A red wine to accompany it, and the experience can begin. Not only lampredotto, but also tripe, boiled meat, and porchetta, beating everyone else around. A highly recommended experience and definitely one to repeat.
