I think this is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The place is almost "poetic", it manages to mix a modern style with a "retro/homely" style, thus creating a relaxing but at the same time very easy-going atmosphere, useful for enhancing the taste of the dishes. The staff is really nice and welcoming: there are many young and energetic waiters, whoever works in this restaurant has great education and great respect for the customer, a factor that contributes to the great care towards the taste experience in the smallest details, from the courtesy to the service. About the food, what can I say, very good, truly amazing: the appetizers are varied and abundant (we ordered for 4 and ate in 7). I ate the stuffed calamari (delicious) on a slice of crunchy and tasty bread, and after, the raspberry semifreddo with pistachio. It seems useless to say that I also swept the plates of my other tablemates when necessary (I'm 17 and my stomach is a bottomless pit, and then all the dishes went down with pleasure). But one thing that I really look at, and that I absolutely liked, is the bread: not too hard but not too soft, fresh, good and plenty in the basket. The prices are very fair in relation to the quality of the dishes, and I am very happy with this experience. The toilets are very clean and kept in order, a factor that is not at all to be taken for granted in catering: this denotes great perseverance in maintaining the objectives relating to the experience. I highly recommend it for those who want to eat well in a beautiful environment❤️

Good food away from the tourist crowds

Ristorante nei pressi di Sesto Calende ma non sul lago. La gestione famigliare è efficiente e d'esperienza. I piatti sono vari sia di terra che di mare. Tutto buono e ben preparato. Il servizio è accogliente, cordiale, veloce e simpatico. Prezzo giusto e porzioni giuste. La struttura è in legno con un pavimento in pregiato cotto che ricorda le trattorie lombarde. Consigliatissimo.
