We found ourselves in the area by chance, with a work group, we were welcomed with a courtesy and spontaneity that are very rare in recent times. The girl who welcomed us was able to recommend some good wine for a small aperitif, outside at sunset the cherry trees were in bloom. The dinner was incredible. The right space between the tables, the acoustics of the room and also the well-designed lighting. The Chef knew how to treat the raw materials, enhancing them and creating a very rich spectrum of flavours. Of the 6 dinners on this business trip I will remember this one.

We returned last Saturday to the Osteria Nuova del Pilastrino for a family lunch, as often happens, and this time too it was a wonderful experience. This place is now a certainty: excellent quality, welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. I highly recommend, if the day permits, asking for a table under the outdoor pergola: it feels great, immersed in the greenery and tranquility of the hills of Monte San Pietro. The porcini tortelli with pecorino cream and savory zabaglione are a masterpiece, but the tortellini with parmesan cream also deserve a special mention. For those who prefer meat, the cut is very tender and tasty. All accompanied by excellent local wines, which further enhance the flavors of the dishes. Absolutely recommended, both for those looking for authentic local cuisine and for those who simply want to enjoy a relaxing lunch in a refined and genuine environment.

Siamo tornati sabato scorso all’Osteria Nuova del Pilastrino per un pranzo in famiglia, come spesso accade, e anche stavolta è stata una bellissima esperienza. Questo posto è ormai una certezza: qualità eccellente, atmosfera accogliente e servizio impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente, se la giornata lo permette, di chiedere un tavolo sotto il pergolato all’aperto: si sta benissimo, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità delle colline di Monte San Pietro. I tortelli ai porcini con crema di pecorino e zabaione salato sono un capolavoro, ma anche i tortellini con crema di parmigiano meritano una menzione speciale. Per chi preferisce la carne, la tagliata è tenerissima e saporita. Il tutto accompagnato da ottimi vini del territorio, che esaltano ancora di più i sapori dei piatti. Assolutamente consigliata, sia per chi cerca una cucina autentica del territorio sia per chi vuole semplicemente godersi un pranzo rilassante in un ambiente curato e genuino.

Family atmosphere and very refined environment. Menu with a wide choice of traditional but refined and excellent quality dishes. Impeccable service! Giulia, the girl who works in the dining room, is perfect! Sunny, helpful, kind and attentive to every need. She made us feel at ease immediately. We will definitely return both for the food and for Giulia's friendliness.

Era da un bel po’ di tempo che un locale è la sua cucina non mi stupivano positivamente. Cucina di ottima qualità, porzioni giuste e piatti equilibrati.
