We had dinner for two, with tardelli al ragù, carbonara, meatballs in sauce, and a quarter of a glass of red wine. The food was delicious and fresh, and the staff was kind and helpful.

Excellent tavern, good first courses of meat, not bad appetizer based on cheeses and jams. The tavern is rustic classic in the Lucca style, I recommend booking. The costs are medium-high but they are worth it. Perhaps the choice in the period in which I was there was not particularly varied, but a quality dish can be found easily.

I went to this osteria on a Saturday evening for dinner. The place is rustic and traditional, very charming. The menu was top-notch: for starters, we had tagliolini with truffle and testaroli with sausage and pioppini mushrooms. For main course, we tried the savory maritozzo with wild boar; and last but not least, two tiramisu dishes with Buccellato. Everything was delicious, generous portions and beautifully presented. 😋 The quality/price ratio is excellent, and the staff is friendly. We'll definitely be back (and soon)! 😁

I came to dinner here with a friend, and we ate like a god! For starters, a vegetable tart with melted cheese; for mains, pumpkin tordelli and gnocchi with pancetta; and for dessert, a tiramisu and a brownie—all incredibly good! I highly recommend coming here!

Esperienza molto positiva. Locale situato in una strada tranquilla con personale accogliente e gentile (le portate venivano spiegate, cosa non scontata). Abbiamo mangiato nei tavoli all'esterno un ottimo antipasto (ganascino) per due persone e due secondi, precisamente "rovellina alla lucchese" e "baccalà fritto su insalatina di cavolo cappuccio e viola e mayo al lime". Quindi "tiramisù del Neni con beuccellato". Caffè acqua e vino. Tutto molto buono. Internamente il locale è molto carino, arredato in stile rustico. Sicuramente da provare!

Ci siamo fermati in questo locale per un pranzo veloce mentre si visitava la città. Locale piccolo ma particolare, pieno di storia, forse i tavoli troppo vicini tra loro, ma in città gli spazi sono sempre miseri. Chi ci ha servito, presumo la titolare, molto cordiale e ci ha spiegato come venivano preparati i piatti richiesti. Abbiamo assaggiato dei primi, piatti belli pieni e gustosi. Prezzi nella media della città di Lucca. Consigliato.
