They cook well. The dishes are excellent, with a varied and typically Novara menu. The environment is rational, clean, orderly. The atmosphere is friendly, the service very good. Like the prices. I will always go back

28/02/2025: I went to this restaurant two weeks ago with a friend and we were amazed. We chose to opt for two tasting menus. Delicious and well-prepared dishes, attentive and helpful staff and an intimate and splendid location. Absolutely worth trying and coming back several times, very good!!
26/02/2025: We were pleasantly surprised by Brand Osteria. The menu is creative, with traditional Piedmontese options carefully revisited. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed every dish, especially the purple potato gnocchi. We can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

28/03/2025: A nice discovery, a restaurant with a good menu and very good dishes; a special mention to the tiramisu, among the best I have ever eaten in a restaurant. The environment is very rich in furnishings, perhaps a little too much, but still welcoming. Friendly and professional staff, very reasonable price.
27/03/2025: Scoperto per pura combinazione di passaggio da Novara. Ambiente molto ricco di arredi accompagnato dal leggiadro servizio cordiale e professionale. Cibo molto buono, mangiato una pasta alla amatriciana ed uno stufato con patate al forno. Ma il top è stato il tiramisù, uno dei migliori che abbia mai gustato in un ristorante. Servizio professionale, prezzo molto onesto.
